It’s a television show people and reality has very little to do with it, obviously. It is entertainment filled with designed drama and moments of dancing, singing and acting. Where are the real musicians from spca…the pianists, saxophonists, violinists, vocalists, etc. Their lives could have been made interesting as well as the dancers at scpa…but because it is Mtv…the audience may not be there…so hip hop is where the ihterest is. Too bad.

I read the comment and these kids are new. How sad that MTV and the school would cast new students and make the a part of the show. I hear only Malik, Shequerra and Jasmine were original student. You can tell by watching the trailer it is fake and full of drama. Mia I wish you would consider college you are talented. Good for the other three who moved on and in college. Tyler I hope in this season you have been studying all forms of dance because in the dance industry you need it all. And I hope you are not in all that triangle it getting old and predictable.
Ok so what happen to the old cast? I wanted to same people to come back and all I see is Taylor and the white girl from the first season. What happen to the rest of the black people that were on the show? I am not surte if I am gonna look at it now
yeah I would have liked an update show for taking the stage…where is malik, where is sigh..jasmine, where is shakira!…and WHERE IS JJ!!!!
its true though most haters just werent cast…so they hate…we all got it when we starred in our respectove school plays…no one…NO ONE likes the lead…and they are all a lead at SCPA
This is for Mia…. In the live chat you had 01-18-2010 you were asked if the students of SCPA were was upset because they cast new students from other places? Your reply were yes buut, SCPA is a school with high competition. You then went on to say but the new kids are nice and deserve to be on the show. Most of the students at SCPA are nice.Nice is not enough for an artist who just started a school to be cast in a role that is suppose to represent the school. It’s called hard work, committment, dedication & leadership. Those are the students that viewers wolud like to see. Therefore it shows that talent is not the driven factor. Your comments really help others how you feel about the student body of SCPA. No disrecpt to the new students but,it’s truely unfair.
Interesting how all the black kids who graduated were replaced by white kids? Really MTV, where’s the culture?
