I had vaguely heard of Spartacus, but didn’t have feelings one way or another about whether I would watch it. This news makes me think I should check it out. Not so much because it is guaranteed a second season/not to be canceled prematurely (as I still enjoy shows that are canceled early for what time I had with them, even if I wish they had been on longer), but because it seems like the show must be damn good to inspire such a vote of confidence.
