I HATE Jon Favreau put in Mickey Rourke as Whiplash. He looks retarded. It’s like “Spiderman 3″…that movie sucked b/c Venom AND Sandman were both the villains. This is the same thing-TOO MUCH in one movie. “Iron Man 2″ would have been better with Warmachine only.
PRETTY NICE, ONLY LAME THING IS CHANGING OUT TERRANCE FOR DON, BUT SINCE ITS ABOUT WARMACHINE THEN NOT TOO MUCH OF AN ISSUE. I LIKE IT CAN’T WAIT TO SEE IT.

Looks like they gave up a good script for just some action fare…..disappointed!!!
It was the story that made it work the first time around…..hopefully it is character driven and not just blow em up effects movie….otherwise count me to see it ….
this will not be spider man 3. better acting, better director, and marvel studios

i can’t see how folks are able to bash this flick. first off… Downey makes for the perfect Stark. no one gives a sh!t about any type of comeback as an actor. it is irrelevant. second… Mickey Rourke rules as Whiplash. if you’re disappointed he was chosen as the actor… look down the list of whose out there… and look at him as Whiplash… no one would make a better Whiplash. Hands down Rourke is the perfect actor for the role. And so what if Terrance Howard isn’t returning. Cheadle is a better actor and besides Terrance turned down the role because of Money. Sucks for him… he won’t get to play War Machine. and finally… Scarlett Johansen… ‘Nuff said.
This movie is bad ass in every way.
And Spider-Man 3 didn’t suck because of the villains… it sucked because of “lack” of the villains and rhetorical acting that was solely based on attracting the younger generation… not the true fans of what Lee and Romita penned in the 60′s.
