So I guess I am missing out on something by not reading the books/watching the movies?

Holy CRAP that was funny. I am crying. Jacob having christian rock hair almost made me cough up a lung. Still Team Edward – but man it was hard to look at his Joker makeup during Romeo and Juliet. Carol – http://www.mytwilightpurgatory.com

I am a die hard twilight fan. and It bothers me how people are “changing teams” I personally, like both of them. But it makes me mad knowing that people only like Jacob because they think Taylor is hot. They really dont stress how annoying he is in the book. they make him seem like a saint. hes not. You cant change from a red sox to a yankee fan. you just cant.
But I did go to the midnight premiere and absolutly loved the movie. the only critism i would have is the team changing crap, and the fact that jacob and bella almost kissed a few time. thats not supposed to happen. she is supposed to be really reluctant about him. it would have been a good idea to save the antisipation for the next movie. cause trust me…if your a jacob fan…the wait is worth it.

At the midnight showing I went to, in a college town with an audience of mostly college girls, there were cheers for Jacob taking off his shirt. But a very funny moment came when (spoiler)as Jacob is about to kiss Bella in the truck, a girl screamed “Team Edward!”.

Nowadays everybody want to talk like they got something to say. But nothing comes out. When they move their lips it’s just a bunch of gibberish. Mofos act like they forgot about Edward.

I didn’t have a positive experience with the midnight showing and I WILL NOT be attending the Eclipse 12am showing. I’m sorry, but, if I pay to watch a movie, I don’t want to deal with screaming tweens and their mothers.
I will say this, the Harry potter fans are pretentious, but at least they can shut the heck up in the theater.
