I know it’s wrong… but, I love Annie and Jasper together. They’re both so crazy and so in love. It made the show so much more fun. I hope he doesn’t end up being abusive and he becomes a series regular!
I have no problem with Jackie having relapsed after several years cause it’s very realistic. However, as a lot of you mentioned, the writing seemed to act like the 9.5 good years that we saw of Jackie being sober didn’t exist. Before finding out that Mel cheated on her the first time that they were married she had a chance to use coke with an old friend and turned it down for example. One thing that stuck out to me is when Jackie mentioned something along the lines of Kelly not turning out like she expected or whatever. The fact that they got along so well made it seem like she was very supportive of the direction that Kelly took with the store and other things. Just because she relapsed and became a horrible mother again doesn’t suddenly mean that the many years that she and Kelly were very close didn’t exist. The show purposely has old characters on to draw in old fans so they can’t exactly expect us not to remember things.
Jasper is the new Dylan. Bad boy all the way
