Maybe you never quite got around to assembling the perfect Peggy Olson costume, and you’d rather stay at home than be seen in last year’s Holly Golightly again. Or maybe you’d prefer giving candy to the kiddies to braving the masses of be-costumed drunks. In any case, you need something spooky to watch tonight after dark, and God knows that if you didn’t get on the costume thing, you didn’t stock up on holiday-appropriate Netflix picks either. Good news: TV is totally on it! AMC concludes its week-long “FearFest” movie marathon with a remastered version of Night of the Living Dead at 8 p.m. If you like your scary tales with a touch of Us Weekly – or at least a touch of a onetime guest star on Rescue Me (Gina Gershon) and the fourth Ghostbuster (Ernie Hudson) — there’s Bio Channel’s Celebrity Ghost Stories from 8 to 11 p.m. Ghost Hunters on Syfy goes live at 7 p.m. with an investigation of the former Essex County Hospital in New Jersey; Travel Channel’s Ghost Adventures does the same, with investigators locked for seven hours in the allegedly haunted Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum in West Virginia starting at 5 p.m. And for the gentler spirits among us, WE is running Ghost at 10 p.m.
What will you be watching tonight to celebrate, PopWatchers?

I usually stick home during Halloween and watch AMC’s marathons. Love me some Romero!
After taking my kid trick-or-treating, I usually watch Arsenic and Old Lace.
i pull out the old X-files Home (of course) and Toomes are two really creepy ones, Bad Blood is just fun as is War of the Coprophages is fun and creepy
Disney Channel all the way–how can you not love Halloweentown?
Spookiest thing I’ve seen tonight are the Tenn Vols in black jerseys and orange pants. Not a pretty sight.
A local station is rerunning back to back Simpsons’ Treehouse of Horror episodes. I just watched the one about “The Shinning” again.
On either CTV or MuchMusic in Canada they always play Rocky Horror Picture Show – there’s nothing better.
Watched Vertigo, followed by Cloverfield, followed by Donnie Darko. I love diversity.
Had a Supernatural marathon with friends!
I found myself watching Night Of the Living Dead, Scream 3, and (the terribly scary due not to the actual movie, but it’s quality) Halloween:Resurrection
Ghost Hunters on Syfy all the way. I’ve been watching their live broadcasts every year since they started 2-3 years ago. Gotta stick with tradition!
I watched The Charlie Brown Great Pumpkin special with my kid, then Halloween (a classic)after he went to bed.
Not nearly enough scary stuff on TV for Halloween. Wound up watching Music & Lyrics – terrifying(ly good)!
