As a fan of the original Lucky/Liz pairing, it’s a nice nostalgic moment for him to return to the role he created so long ago. They had a sweet, innocent love story that was never the same with the recasts.

I glad Jonathan Jackson is back. Please don’t get mad at me but I hope the pair Lucky with someone new now that Jonathan is back.Lucky and Liz are totally played out.I hope Greg Vaugan gets another soap roll really soon he is a good actor.

Glad you are giving General Hospital the coverage it deserves ! Jonathan Jackson is a great actor look forward to his scenes with Tony Geary. When are Jason and Elizabeth getting back together ?

    • hmm

NEVER! They will likely change the paternity to make Lucky the real dad. the way it should be.

      • Maria

that was already suppose to happen in 2007 & 2008, do you think Bob Guza is still going there with making him biologically Lucky’s?
I know the story was always a angst kid story for Jason & not a family or new couples story, that’s the way the show wrote it but I just figure they have stalled the paternity switch so many times now that the writers may have lost interest in seeing that one through.

  • jame

He looks like her younger brother.

    • hmm

lame jason morgan fan. Jason needs to lose weight. Since when are soap opera men made to look like pro wrestlers?

  • Hannah

WOW! He’s all grown up. I haven’t watched this show since the mid 90′s and have no idea what’s going on, bit watching this, it sent chills up my spine and made my heat go pitter patter. Man, do I wish I had a DVR so I can tape this…. even though I haven’t watched this show in more than ten years and this makes me want to watch again…

    • JenR

Me too! I may have to catch some reruns on Soap Net.

  • Bridget

That was some of the cheesiest dialogue I have ever heard.

So… someone tell me why I’m smiling from ear to ear.

    • gabriella

i can answer that! well its because JONATHAN JACKSON’s back, of course. and yes he can make even the cheesiest lines work. it remimds me of the 1998-1999 liz&lucky when he always made those “lucky” comments trying to be cute yet so cheesy yet able to make us fall in love with liz&lucky at the same time. jonathan is an amazing actor and can pull of any type of writing, im glad to have him back!

  • Jess

This guy looks like he’s a quart or two low on testosterone.

  • ash

Awww…I used to love him as Lucky. For sure I’ll tape tomorrow’s episode just to watch him!

  • Gin

Seriously?!? “Remember me?” That is sooo lame! GH has some of the sexiest men in daytime and they bring back this BOY? UGH! Who cares if he was on the show years ago! Lucky went from bein an adult to a teenage boy in a week? Usually the daytime aging program goes the other way.

    • Keri

JJ looks young, but he’s a married father of at least one, but I think more children. Becky is a young looking actress as well, so I think it works fine.

      • gabriella

keri i agree with you, JJ and RH work very well together and their ages match perfectly, people that complain are usually liason fans or people what likes GV and are very biased to him.

  • katiebabs

Very nice intro! I remember watching this Lucky over 15 years ago when he as only 12. Ah the memories!

  • lori

So excited that JJ is back! I grew up watching him. I am sort of surprised to see something about a soap opera on EW’s front page…but in a good way! Will definetly start watching again.

  • dana B

Finally! I’ve been waiting for 10 years for this! No offense to Greg Vaughn, but he was too old, too serious, and too buy the book to be Lucky Spencer. They forgot that over the years- Lucky’s a Spencer!

    • gabriella

THANK YOU! thats what ive been trying to tell people for so long, JJs lucky would have never became a cop? i mean really now. its only bc the GH writers decided to ruin everything! but its ok maybe we can forgive them slowly, JJs back isnt he.

  • mezz98

WTFever. If this is gonna be more of Lucky worshiping that harlot Liz, I’ll pass.

    • well

errr, all the characters on GH are sluts. They are even trying to turn Alexis’ teenage daughter (who looks like a PREteen) into a slut.

  • sus

YAY… I am so excited. FLOVE JJ.. he is a fantastic actor and IS Lucky!

  • Sina

I tuned back into GH when I heard about Liz/Nik and the Cassadines coming back for revenge. I stopped watching since they completely wasted a Jason/Elizabeth reunion. But now that the original Lucky is coming back and being paired with JJ’s Lucky, I can’t wait to see the fallout from Liz/Nik. I hope Lucky rips into him and pushes Nik down some stairs again. All three original players are on so this will be great. Now just get rid of that freakin Rebecca and things will be good. That actress was horrible as Emily and she’s even worst now. Hope Lucky and Liz break up and over time we can watch them as adults fall back in love. Less Jason/Sam/Sonny more Spencers/Cassadines/Webbers/Scorpios.

    • jason morgan should be killed off

yes! yes! yes! They need to grow Jason’s character up already. He’s been on the show for like 20 g’damn years and he’s still doing the same rehashed stories… over and over again and again. HE is boring and GH is boring because they put all focus on Jason and sonny stupid old as dirt story lines.
