I was going to admit to having a crush on Raphael in this post and then I thought, “Nah, that’s just creepy.” Thank you, my sisters, for teaching me that love is never wrong.

I’ve been a tmnt fan since u was born (1990). I approve of micheal bay remaking it as long as he doesn’t screw up what the turtles represent. I say this because the way the autobots acted in the transformers movie didn’t stay true to what they represent (ex: those two ghetto acting robots in the second film.) I would like shredder to come back and have slash as his apprentice that’s just something I would do lol. And for the record tmnt isn’t the most played out series power rangers is with their constant reboots on tv.

There is a huge fandom for TMNT, so audience is there. Ever since Viacom bought the property, i have been sickened and predict that itll bomb. Seems April is going to be a teenager??!!!???? Huh???? Creating sexual tension now are they?

I think there should be another 10 yr break…or nothing unless they decide to evolve the series into an intelligent drama on the adult level…not that idiotic kiddie show, thats not the TMNT.

What I find to be “played out” is the fact that this dumb b*tch think’s that the TMNT are played out. I may be skeptical about the Nickelodeon buyout and their attempts at a relaunch of one of the most beloved series of all time, but I’m not going to count it out before I can see the new series and movies for myself. I think it’s pretty moronic to say that the TMNT are played out when there are countless other franchises both in and out of comic’s, that can have the same thing said about them. The TMNT are no different than Batman, Spiderman, Superman or countless other comic book entities that have to be reinvinted for every generation to stay relevant and to keep the franchise alive by making it money. For that dumb b*tch to say that she doesn’t know nor care about the current mythos of the TMNT property is both insulting and short sighted. I just love how some of these journalist f#@k tard’s think that because they have their dream job, they think they know what the hell they are talking about. In my humble opinion, I think anyone who hold’s on to the “original” TMNT cartoon from the 80′s as their only source of material are completely missing the whole point. In essence they are missing out on the original TMNT comic in which jump started the TMNT franchise into what it is today. If anyone dismisses the original TMNT comic, the first two TMNT movies and the 2003 TMNT animated series in favor of the 80′s TMNT animated series (which was a bastardization of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird’s original work to begin with) then their opinion really doesn’t amount to a steaming pile of warthog sh*t. In closing, don’t let some critic who has no business writing about thing’s she doesn’t understand, dictate to you what is played out or not.

Batman is much more overplayed out than TMNT will ever be. This is only the 3rd relaunch. The original era being the old toon/movies/Next Mutation – 2nd, the great 2003 series/07 movie and now Nickelodeon’s crap. This new deal is not going to be the big deal they hope it is. They’re killing the characters, April 16 yr old kid & Donnie had a crush on her….and Raph is all brawn no brains. That’s blasphemy!! Raph’s not stupid!! I’m a big Raph fan, well known in the fandom as such, I won’t watch it if he is portrayed as a muscle bound idiot, it’s so out of character for him!! Oh and Leo thinks of himself like Capt. Kirk….oh brother.

I was the voice of Baxter Stockman in the 2003 series. I’d like to do do it again…anyone have Nickelodeon s number?
