After last week’s breakup-heavy episode, last night’s 90210 was all about forming new bonds (so much so that there was very little Adrianna in the Read the full post.

The show has gotten really bad. Teddy was a horrible miscast. I’m sick of these story lines. I like innocent Annie from last season, just like I liked innocent Brendan for many many seasons of the first 90210. Now I think they should just kill off her character. She is beyond empathy and redemption.
Dixon is a prick this season. Naomi was always annoying. Even Navid just seems whinny.
This show is going the way of cancelation and it is the writers fault.
It’s funny that the EW columnists here talks about friendship, when this show does so many pop up scenes that it’s not even funny anymore. Srsly it’s Surfers here, 3 girls and a reject over there. Teddy is the only one w/ a class scene w/ someone of the opposite sex, you can’t get a Liam/Adrianna scene, Liam/Silver, Dixon/Adrianna, Dixon/Naomi, Navid/Naomi, Navid/Annie…it’s so not about friends. It’s 7 strangers picked to act like H.S. students, that can even be in the same scene. That is the easiest formula to keep viewers not emotionally invested in this show. Atleast Melrose Place does a better job at thier friendships, Glee although a parody sing-a-long show mostly comedy does a better job at promoting lusty scenes. This is sooooo not going to make it to s.3
And it’s sad b/c the show has actually improved from s.1 to now, but this cast comes off as strangers to many of us. Strangers that don’t interact w/ each other and also have too many needless solo SLs when they can use that SL time to promote some kick a– friendships and combos. So much fail on this writing staff.
First off, I just have to say can we PLEASE get rid of Ivy? Her entire presence in the episode was painful to watch and if you’re going to introduce such stereotypical characters with poor actors I can’t continue to watch the show.
However, I LOVE Naomi and her friendship with Adrianna. The comment about the thighs that have started wars for some reason made me laugh like crazy. I really want to see Naomi back with Liam and Jen revealed for what she is.
Don’t mind Teddy’s character. I’m not denying he looks too old for the part, but I think he plays it well and I like his chemistry with silver.
I tune in every week and love the show but I’d definitely like to see a halt in irritating characters like Ivy.
Teddy’s character is such a doosh-bag, I can’t stand him or the actor, and I agree Christina that’s part of the reason I don’t watch live, just DVR it or YT it to FF stuff you don’t want to see, 90210 is like bordering bad right now and these people never have the friend scenes the old 90210 use to have. It’s lifeless, and not fun at all.
Please get rid of Sasha, why is she on this show? She’s absolutely not needed, or is this just to give Dixon a “black gf” aren’t we past these types of storylines?
Yeah I was thinking wouldn’t it just be easier to give Dixon a girlfriend in high school black or white. I liked this storyline for two episodes and then it just got weird. She knows that Dixon is seventeen and a junior in high school. She’s out of college for crying out loud. This makes her look desperate.
To Minimax I agree with you I loved the innocent Annie from last season also. After her ordeal from last year’s prom night they made her the outcast and now she is going to let some guy trick her into stealing a car. Annie was smarter than that. I don’t see how they are ever going to write her and Naomi as friends again. Even though I’m starting to warm to Naomi she has done to many evil things to Annie for something her own b*tch sister’s done to her.
He said that it is a converted pulp and paper plant, using lignin for process energy. ,
I like Ivy and the idea of Liam getting over Naomi (too dumb to play her the tape, too dumb to be with her- besides, she was so needy and he was such a jerk in their relationship, I say good riddance). I missed Navid and I want Dixon to be smart enough to grasp this chick is lying QUICKLY- I’m so tired of the ‘desperate chick who lies about a pregnancy’ story angle.
I agree with the Annie posts. I miss her being the center of the show. At least she and Dixon finally had a scene together. I think Jasper killed his uncle and left him in the road for someone to “hit” for his movie and he knows exactly who Annie is. They have to get her off somehow because it is too unrealistic to allow her to have a drunk hit and run and get away with it. The show is supposed to teach teens leasons
Yeah, it is unrealistic to expect Annie to get away with a drunk driving hit & run, but since when is 90210 supposed to teach teens lessons? It’s a prime time soap opera, not an after school special.
I don’t even understand how I stopped up right here, but I thought this put up was once great. I do not realize who you might be however definitely you are going to a well-known blogger if you happen to aren’t already. Cheers!
