In this exclusive photo from 30 Rock’s season premiere (airing Oct. 15), Jenna (Jane Krakowski) gets a new challenge from her boss Jack (Alec Baldwin). “Jack has done some studies and found out that TGS — specifically Jenna and Tracy — is not associating with the middle of America, and so Jenna offers to go country to become more appealing,” says Krakowski. The result: A country music-themed video for NBC Sports about…tennis? best show on tv along with FNL. when the main joke on a recent Two and a Half Men was the word “boobalicious”., 30 Rock outshine that crap with smart, absurdist, unpredictable humor. last year’s Apollo, Apollo ep was a study in sit-com plotting. 3 brilliantly interwoven storylines in 22 minutes. the show deserves every award it gets.
I couldn’t have said it any better myself, Couchgrouch. I love the way the show intersperses quick flashbacks into the narrative. It’s smart, sophisticated and wickedly funny.
Am I the only one who finds the most exciting part of this article to be the mention of a possible “Kids in the Hall” reunion?
Tried watching 30 Rock, but couldn’t get into it. I watch The Office. That show needs an Emmy!!!!!!!!
Just started watching 30 Rock a few weeks ago and watched all 3 season within a few days. Such a great show, funny and witty. My type of humor plus i see myself in Liz Lemmon haha
