Honestly, I’d rather he release a special edition DVD w/part 1 & 2 together.
“Kill Bill (Volumes 1 and 2)” is my favorite Tarantino movie outside of “Pulp Fiction.” Uma is great, but it won’t be the same without David Carradine. However, look for the now totally blind character played by Darryl Hannah to show up…
Did she ever actually kill Bill?
I’m not really sure how I feel about this yet. On the one hand, Kill Bill (I pretty much look at both volumes as one movie) is one of my favorite movies of all time, and obviously one my favorite Tarantino films. Why wouldn’t I want to say Uma Thurman back in action? On the other hand, what’s the point of making another movie called Kill Bill when Bill has already been killed. The first two volumes, as evidence by the title, have a clear plot: to kill Bill. That’s what those movies were about. So where exactly do you go from there?
I noticed some people saying it could be about Vernita’s daughter seeking revenge. While this could be interesting, it seems like this would change the protagonist of the film. Who exactly would we be rooting for, Vernita’s daughter or the Bride (Beatrix Kiddo)? The daughter deserves her revenge, but I certainly wouldn’t want to see Beatrix be killed. And I just don’t think there would be any reason for it to be called Kill Bill.
The film was going to be “sans David Carradine” either way, as he was killed in Vol 2, duh! (Ok, prequel I guess…nah). But I would LOVE — yes, LOVE — to see Kill Bill Vol 3 (and 4 and 5 and 6 and 7 and 8…but not 9, lol). Kill Bill is one of my all-time favorites. I would say it is my “most fun to watch” movie(s) ever. Please Quentin — more Kill Bill!!!
Chris – Yes. In quite a unique fashion by the way! I envy you for not having seen it — just so I could see it for the first time again! If you want a fun time (that doesn’t involve sex, lol), then drop whatever you’re doing and rent “Kill Bill” (both Volumes!) Enjoy!
Really?A Kill Bill part 3?In 2014?
Let’s just wait until the announcement that flming is underway before getting all pumped [or deflated] by this.
the world will end in2012 so we are fu**ed unless he starts shooting right now for a release just before we all die.. i think he should!=P
