Tomorrow’s the night. Megan Fox brings the crazy to Saturday Night Live. Think we’ll see a Michael-Bay-Is-Hitler sketch, something making fun of her Marilyn Monroe tattoo, or a skit about her overexposure/crazy interviews? On that last tip, Foxy’s revelations this week include telling Jimmy Fallon that she’s scared of touching paper and telling Nylon that she’d rather kiss females than males on screen.
She’s not exactly laugh-out-loud funny in the show promos below, but she certainly doesn’t embarrass herself (or maybe we’re too busy crushing on Andy Samberg to notice).
Are you going to tune in for the season premiere to see if Fox does anything unhinged in Studio 8H? Think she can make the switch from action to comedy? Or will you just watch for U2?
Actually, tomorrow is the night. It’s still Friday right now. Anyhoodle, I hate Meghan Fox with the fire of a thousand suns. She’s a talent-less girl whose 15 minutes of fame is hopefully near its end. The only reason I’ll be watching is to see U2 (my favourite band) perform. Otherwise I’ll just be muting whatever sketches she’ll be in.

Anyhow, after her cameo on Thursday Update, Ima guess she’s gonna be an underwhelming host. The soap opera skit was kinda funny, but while Amy and Seth mugged for the camera with the “intense” camera zoom-ins, Megan just kinda stood there like she didn’t know it was her cue. So for SNL Proper, I’m not expecting much.

I watched a recent interview with her. I actually think that she has more brains then people give her credit for
SNL doesn’t tape on Friday it is live on Saturday. But, they do promos with rehearsal and other bits on Wednesdays and Thursdays and now SNL update Thursdays.

I’ll tell you how. It can give you paper cuts. If it’s a newspaper it’ll get ink all over your hands. And it makes you cringe if you scratch it.
I can not understand the obsession with this girl–she is not even that beautiful and she has no apparent talent. I think she is one of those people that everybody says is hot, so everybody assumes she actually is–but I just don’t see it and I won’t be watching.

This girl is beautiful, and also wooden as all get out. OK, I’ve only seen her in two movies, but she was painful to watch, especially in How to Lose Friends and Alienate People. I thought her “acting” was pretty horrible. Funny that the article should mention her overexposure since I’m about as sick of hearing her mentioned in EW as I am of hearing anything Twilight. The movie I mention above was mostly bad, but I think the part about the publicist with the hot stars as clients and how badly magazines suck up to them must be painfully close to how things are at EW with these sickeningly overexposed piffling talents who shall not be mentioned by me anymore.

She’s beautiful and I’ve liked her in interviews, but “Jennifer’s Body” was a disaster. Not totally her fault because the script, direction and editing were all confused. However, she didn’t really sell the character or grab the viewer into the story. So…low expectations for SNL.
I am actually really looking forward to opening night of SNL!! Was excited to hear that Megan Fox was on and didn’t even know about U2 which is an added bonus.
She is not a good actress but Jessica “I’m Disco Barbie” Alba is much worse and that’s not saying much.
I will watch it but seriously, Lorne can’t just toss out so,so actresses and make the show work again. He needs to throw out the writers and hire better ones. He can totally do a reality show: up and coming comedic actors or those who can be duke it out to be the new cast or be added to the cast, and writing must be included.
I just want to see the world’s greatest band perform.
I’ll be watching. I’m not really a Megan Fox fan, but I am a fan of members of the SNL cast. I watch for them, not always for the host.
But I’ll be changing the channel when the most overrated band ever performs.
Uh she started in comedy on Hope and Faith. Do your research
Hope and Faith was not comedy gold. I HOPE she doesn’t ruin it and have FAITH that U2 will redeem the general suckiness that the show has in store. Mu puns were terrible. Sorry.

I never understood this. You are by far not the only one who says this. If it so bad, why do you continue to watch it?
i don’t watch all the time, i watch it once, then remember why i stopped watching then try again months later, the show has been awful since the early 90s
Yes, Megan Fox physically is gorgeous – BUT she can’t act and we’ve seen her try in “Hope and Faith”, “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” and “Jennifer’s Body” so I think we can say we’ve seen her enough to judge. I’ve read several interviews with her to try to discern why the fascination with her (it’s not like she’s the only gorgeous gal in Hollywood) and not only is she ignorant, she’s a rude, entitled beyotch as well. Can we just put a fork in her already?
Megan Fox is smart, funny, and she can definetly act. Jennifer’s Body was awesome.
