The fab foursome wouldn’t be complete without their newest member–Charlotte‘s daughter, Lily (played by twins Parker and Alexandra Fong who are reprising the role), who is turning into one fierce fashionista. Yesterday, the little one (though it’s unclear which twin is pictured here) joined her fashionable fellow cast members on the sequel’s set in an adorable two-tier purple dress paired with Bloch Girls’ “Little Luxury” flats (available only in purple, ronrobinson.com; $28.20 or the adult version in green: endless.com; $83.22). I also have to point out the outfit-completing bow headband — very Blair Waldorf!
Complementing her daughter’s color palette, Charlotte stepped out in this chic ruffle dress with matching mint green pumps. Some may think it’s overkill, but I love the subtle matching between mother and daughter. There’s overkill matching (i.e. Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa) and then there’s matching the Charlotte way — preppy and classy. Love!
This is just the first glimpse of what’s to come in terms of Lily’s wardrobe, but rumors are floating around that Charlotte gets pregnant in the sequel. Let’s hope it’s true, if only to see more kiddies in cute outfits. Picture it now: a line of Burberry-clad York-Goldenblatts walking down Park Avenue. Kind of ridiculous, but also, kind of fabulous.
