What a joke. I’m 16 and I drive. Yes I know not to text but that video just made me laugh. I mean common kids are stupid but that was just dramatic and over the top. Totally unnecessary. I guarantee teens laughing is not the result they wanted from this video.
AFTER I SAW THIS VIDEO I THOUGHT TWICE ABOUT EVEN LOOKING AT MY PHONE WHILE DRIVING. IT IS VERY GRAPHIC BUT IT GETS THE ATTENTION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WHO DO IT. I HOPE OTHER PEOPLE MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION AND NOT END UP LIKE THOSE TEENAGERS IN THE VIDEO.
My middle daughter doesn’t need this video. A 16 year old girl who bought jewelry from my daughter’s store was on a hand held cell with her boyfriend when she lost control, crashed and died. Her boyfriend heard her screams and the sounds of the crash. Then my daughter happened to be driving by while emergency crews were working to pull the girl’s body out. Use a Bluetooth if you must talk on a cell while driving, but there is NO reason for texting and driving. See Reggie Shaw’s video interview at ut.zerofatalities.com/ and hear how he killed 2 innocent men while texting and driving.
