I don’t care what you people think, I loved this movie. Rachel McAdams is far more talented than many of today’s actresses and should be recognized for it.
I will never understand any hate for TTW. It’s one of the best books ever. I am rarely moved to tears by a novel, and that one made me cry like a baby. The story was gripping and wonderful.
The movie, however, was a dud. It wasn’t McAdams’ fault though. She was lovely. It was basically crappy writing and a bad performance from Eric “my face is a blank slate” Bana. Sad, really. It could have been amazing.
