Seriously, will EW stop with all of this Twilight crap? I swear, every other cover is dedicated to this inane series. The magazine is quickly turning into Tiger Beat.
Or “Twilight” Weekly . EW editors this has to stop .
What amazes me is that none of the Twilight retards actually subscribe to the magazine. At least 10 commenters here say they won’t be buying this issue because it doesn’t have Robert Pattinson. Yet Entertainment Weekly continues to alienate actual subscribers, their bread and butter. It just seems like such a short-sighted business approach.
To call anyone a “retard” is INCREDIBLY offensive.
Beyond the offensiveness of your statement, you’re absolutely wrong. LOL, many Twilight readers subscribe to Entertainment Weekly, and comment. It’s hilarious that you’re using “10 commenters” to prove your point.
Stop being so retarded, Susan.
hahahhahahahhahahhaa!!!!!!!!! crispy rocks
susan, you couldnt be more right. clearly, a bunch of little twelve year olds have nothing better to do with they’re lives than posts stupid comments. half of which dont even make sense.
Its a cold and impersonal cover. I want the passionate and sexy Pattinson
As amazing as Kristen looks, i will not be getting this issue of EW. i really wish EW had only kristen on the cover or Kristen and Rob. this fails hard.
This cover doesn’t even come close to the hotness that was the Twilight cover. Seeing these two together not so much. EW messed up with this one…should have offered a cover with Rob too.
I wish they’d re-hire Rachelle LeFevre. Summit made a big mistake letting her go. Ms. Howard has zero credibility with me. Any actress who would step into another actresses shoes is not very nice. Rachelle IS Victoria. Summit needs to learn one of the secrets of the Harry Potter films, and the Lord of the Rings films – they keep the same cast. The Harry Potter cast comes back year after year and that’s part of what the audience loves. Summit has lost me by letting beautiful Rachelle go. Bad move.
I like a little more wolf in my diet; love the cover, but wish he had his long hair on. Go team La Push wolves!!
I’m shocked at all the haters! I actually wasn’t a big fan of Jacob in the books, but Taylor was one of the only decent actors in the Twilight movie. I think he may be the only reason that New Moon could be watchable.
I’m very shocked too! I mean maybe Robert did’nt want to be on this cover? He’s on almost every cover, that bore’s me and maybe him too. And New Moon is about the friendship of Bella and Jacob. So why not?
People are sick of hearing Taylor get all pimped up. It IS getting irritating hearing about Taylor gaining weight and the same thing they always mention.
I’D rather a cover of K- Stew alone. She’s the main female. Why’s there got to be a guy with her??
No offense to Rob because I think he’s great.
But really ? The whole appeal of twilight is the hot men.
taylor gaining weight is the main thing they mention why exactly??? oh yeah- because the INTERVIEWERS ask him that, and he is polite enough to respond. he cant help that some paparrazi have no originality in their questions, and im sure he is JUST as sick of having to answer the same question over and over. He worked hard for this- he deserves the credit. agreed ith laura- the taylor bashing here is unbelievable. Love to see half these people try to accomplish what he has in his short life.
ENOUGH with Twilight etc already. As someone posted earlier, you’d think that sequel is the only movie coming out this year. EW, you need to stop taking your advice on covers from the Teen Choice awards. Who’s your next cover, Miley with her “ice cream cart pole”? ugh.
Really? Another Twilight cover? Come on! That’s like 5 covers in one year! I’m very disappointed.
Taylor Lautner looks like Tex Beneke.
Kristen looks beautiful…but HOW is Edward not on the cover?
Because Edward is on every other freaking cover in the supermarkets and bookstores. Personally, they should have taken HER off.
WHERE THE CRAP IS ROB PATTY???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? LAME
People will buy magazines that have New Moon on the cover…so of course they put New Moon on the cover.
Not that hard to understand, guys.
However, how is it that Jacob is on the cover, when New Moon is about Bella’s excruciating pain over losing Edward, and her inability to live without him. Jacob may be important, but its Edward that she literally can’t live without. That should be reflected on this cover, and in all of New Moon’s promotion.
the rest of the series may be- this book aint. new moon is about jacob and bella. why is rob not on the cover? because he is practically not even in the film until the very end. why is taylor? because he is the main male actor. add these two together and it equals common sense.
I’ll definitely go out and buy this tomorrow. I think the cover looks beautiful. Very sultry yet innocent which is what the “Jacob/Bella” relationship is all about anyway. Love to hear that Kristen and Taylor’s friendship off-screen is reminiscent of their characters’.
innocent? in the book he forcefully kisses her without her permission… of course he is obnoxious & nnoying like an imature 15 year old boy. so incomparable to edward…sexy vamp.
Jacob’s acting like any “typical” teenage boy who likes a girl, who likes a boy, who he deems is not good for her. I’m not condoning his kissing her without her permission but she did get him back pretty good! Their relationship during “New Moon” is understandable, relatable, classic, and sweet. He may be immature at times but he’s the character I find most complex.
I agree 1000% with Kelly. Jacob is the most complex and relatable character in the series. Bella just whines and Edward just says pretty things. I think the cover could have had all 3, just so people will shut up. But other than that, I like it.
I adore New Moon, but its ridiculous that Edward isn’t on this cover. The entire series is about Edward and Bella’s love, yet they don’t even include him on the cover? At the very least, it should’ve been all three of them.
