'Family Guy': SPOILER ALERT! Stewie is gay

In the September issue of Playboy, Family Guy creator Seth McFarlane says that Stewie, he of the sexy parties, vaguely British accent and, in one episode, a girlfriend…is a homosexual. The New York Daily News, hilariously, is treating this announcement as major scoop. That is so silly! Everyone knows that YouTube user “JuanFrutos22″ was the one who figured out that Stewie is gay, all the way back in June.*

*Yes. I was kidding.

yea i thought there was an old episode (pre-cancellation) where stewie says that itd be wonderful if he was a homosexual…

After the Stewie kills louis episodes it has become more obvious that he is gay. I would prefered that is remained Ambiguous though because it’s funnier…

He was gay from day one. Please. I did not buy the “he had a girlfriend episode”.

  • Rob

I like the ambiguous idea, but if he’s gay than the episode where he sees himself in the future doesn’t make sense because he never comes out in that episode.

  • Isabella

He’s always been gay. It’s so obvious.

Please, this is not shocking. There is even one episode where he asks Brian how awesome it would be if he ended up gay.

I am actually surprised! I thought half the fun was not really being sure what the heck Stewie was. In his future he’s apparently straight, and yes, he has had interest in girls… but then there are those moments, lol. I thought that was fun. If SM was smart, he would have left it that way.

Waylon Smithers is gay too. You heard it here first.

I think you should refer the AP stylebook to see that the word “homosexual” is an offensive and inappropriate word to use in print/blogs/etc., for various reasons.

    So what
