Dustin Diamond's 'Saved by the Bell' tell-all: We're not actually going to buy it...right?

Usmagazine.com scored the first look at the cover of Dustin Diamond’s Saved by the Bell memoir, Behind the Bell. So, it’s time to admit that it’s really happening. We know there’s a serious amount of love for Bayside — see the response to Mark-Park Gosselaar doing a Late Night with Jimmy Fallon interview as Zack Morris. But will that carry over to sales of Diamond’s book?

You do realize that his 15 minutes of “fame” has lasted 20 years right?

This guy makes my skin crawl. He’s just so skeevy and entitled and antagonistic… Yet, whenever I see pictures of the little boy he was when he played Screech, it just makes me sad. Something went very, very wrong with Dustin Diamond.

What Jennifer said. I’m curious to know if he was as obnoxious and offensive when he was on SBTB, at least in the later years. My daughter loves the show, but it’s hard for me to put up with it, knowing the slimeball that DD became.

AWWW … what’s the matter – couldn’t get on “I’m a Celebrity..Get me out of here” and were still not feeling the love from the celebrity fat club..whatever

Why would anyone, SBTB fan or not, want to read this? I seriously doubt anything he wrote has any truth to it.

A once adorable pre-teen who now looks like a sleazy human version of Sesame Streets Grover, treats women like objects, and claims to have a big pencil? Sorry, he was not saved by the bell. He should have been hit in the head with it a long time ago.
