Am I the only one who found this slightly creepy? The girl looks so young, and the guy seems so old. I really wanted to like the preview, but I can’t. Maybe because I have an 18-year-old daughter about to go to college and it makes me sick to think of her instead gallivanting off to Paris with a guy 10+ years her senior.
Loved Emma Thompson’s line, “You’re not a woman.”
I think I’ll be seeing this one. Peter Sarsgaard! I love seeing him in movies. (I will not be seeing the dreadful looking “Orphan.”) I enjoy Nick Hornby, as well. Now if only we could get “A Long Way Down” to the big screen.
The girl looks like a younger version of Emily Watson.
