harpers island is the best show ever why did henery half to let abbie say /or one last kiss w/ jimmy? and why did he let jimmy stay alive well i have tons of questions but it is abig shocker about everything and im qonfused about jon wakefield and why did henery say i love you abbie was it a fake wedding but who ever wrote the show is sooooo awesome he/she rox thankyou for reading this i wish that you can answer all my questions -alexis hair AZ

The killer is the groom (Ugly Betty’s ex-boyfriend).
I would like to see Christopher Gorham (Henry) break out!
I agree, Cameron (Cloe) is fantastic… in addition I think C. J. Thomason (Jimmy) has great sex appeal and star quality. Ditto Matt Barr (Sully). I’d love to say great things about Christopher Gorham, but I honestly feel like he telegraphed a lot of this stuff very early on, particularly in his interviews, where he seemed almost TOO eager for us to tune in. It made me suspect him from the get-go, and while I LOVED the series, I definitely didn’t feel terribly surprised by the reveal. Same for Keith Callum Rennie as Wakefield… anyone with any show-biz savvy saw his mugshot as Wakefield and knew he’d be popping up. Which recognizable actor signs on just to play a mugshot?
Loved this campy summer show- CBS should do this every summer! Sully (aka Peytons creepy stalker on OTH) was terrific and so was Jimmy (aka Lucas Jones from GH). Katie Cassidy and Elaine Cassidy were equally entertaing leading ladies! Can’t wait to see more from them!

Bea, episodes 1-11 are all posted on the Harper’s Island Web site. My guess is that they will soon post the season finale there, too, and you should be able to watch it on your computer.
Katie Cassidy will become a big star. She’s gorgeous yet still has a girl next door look. She also is very popular among Supernatural fans, oddly enough especially among the shows female fans.
Cameron Richardson was also very effective as Chloe. She could become very big.
Of the male stars I would guess “Sully”. Going from unlikeable to hero is surefire star material.
Horror movies/shows are supposed to be campy & fun!
And for those who’ve wondered why Uncle Ben was killed in 1st episode: It was to show that the killer was on the boat!
This is the only show on CBS I have ever watched. And they better come out w/something similar next summer.
CJ Thomason (who played Jimmy) is brooding hotness. I would love to see him become successful. He didn’t have a lot of script, but have a feeling he could do well.
They should have ended show after exposing henry & not bother w/season finale. way too long. plus, i always suspected henry, but they did a good job of making you question it every week! i didn’t like how wakefield was still alive though. took fun out of it. and NO MORE CHILDREN if they do another season. That little girl was just beyond annoying and/or looked too old for the part b/c she acted like she was 5!
My most pressing concern is why everyone kept missing! you have shot guns, i’m sure you can hit something …but no. same as when shane got killed in the bar scene, trish has a gun & doesn’t SHOOT! and/or ppl just have 2 bullets, wth! or even the jail scene … just shoot.
it was twisted for henry to think he could have a life with abby since she was his half sister but hey in the real world this crazy stuff really happens. still i watched all episodes and here i am at 3 in the morning writing about the craziness so go figure!
How in the world could Henry be a killer let along Wakefield’s kid. To the writers of Harper’s Island next time be a little more creative. I think the killer should have been a woman like the bartender, for an even bigger wow factor how about Danny. Can someone please explain why Henry turned from a sweet boy into that thing at the end,
I loved this series, but hate the fact they dropped the ball in the script in the very last episode. It doesn’t make sense to me that Henry kept Jimmy alive in order sign a confession. Henry even stated that the authorities thought everyone, including Jimmy, Abby and himself were burned in the church. So even if the girl and her mom said it must have been Jimmy who gave Wakefield the key, the cops wouldn’t do anything since they thought he was dead anyway. Did I miss something?
