uh. lee pace and anna friel.
this was the stupidest list ever. don’t just go off the beaten path because it makes you seem like a more original critic.
It is the best actor or actress in comedy, not the best comic (because they don’t act very good). Teri Hatcher (comedy/drama) does a good job in fifth season.
Becki Newton!

Marcia Cross – definitely.
Amazing actress. Way overdue.
Not to mention she’s stunning.
Cobie Smulders for HIMYM
Zachary Levi for Chuck — by far the funniest show on television last year, and the one show I most looked forward to week-in, week-out (even more so, in some ways, than Lost). He plays the sweetness, vulnerability, and nerdiness of Chuck perfectly.
Portia de Rossi for Better Off Ted — I’ve only seen a few episodes, but she’s HILARIOUS. Plus, consider this a life-time achievement win for Arrested Development.
Anna Friel for Pushing Daisies — the ability to get through some of the dialogue here itself deserves an award, and it was impossible to not fall in love with her. Chenoweth deserves props too, probably in supporting actress though.
Yvonne Strahovski for Chuck — best. actress. on. television. Seriously. Watch her face in her scenes with Chuck when he’s breaking up with her, or confessing his feelings — in about 5 seconds, she flips perfectly through about 20 emotions. Amazing….almost more dramatic, though, which will hurt her here.
Jim parsons! Dule Hill in Psych. Portia di Rossi in BOT.
I don’t have anything new to contribute but definitely add my support for Danny McBride, Jim Parsons and both the HIMYM ladies.
If Jim Parsons is not nominated and considered a front runner, the Emmy’s have no credibility for me.
Jeffrey Donavan in Burn Notice. Love that show- and him in it!
