This show takes place in his parent’s basement, but am I the only one who noticed that this is NOT the same house that was shown on I Love NY when they showed clips of Frank at home with his parents when he’s mowing the lawn and playing his guitar in his bedroom?? Different house, different everything. I guess the family didn’t want to use their own house so Vh1 rented one for the show.

get the word out there people, hes one of the FEW who deserved a show from all of those dating shows…not new york, not megan houserman…but the entertainer…hes very very pathetic, and it just makes it hilarious
No it’s not his house. He lives in Rockland County in real life. The house isn’t real but at least his family is. His mom is great
I knew it wasn’t his real house. I clearly remember a different house & basement when he was on I Love NY. It makes sense to use a rented house for a reality show. The show is great. I knew it was only a matter of time before he got his own show.

This is one of the best reality shows. He is so funny to me and a lot of people I talk to (Im a bartender) The show is entertaining even if you dont like him.
