Ha — remember Cat’s red dress from last night’s performance show? It was twice as voluminous and floppy as it needed to be, and that’s why I love her. Cat Deeley’s featured as the “Must Real Deel” in this year’s Must Issue, on stands tomorrow. Cat is just amazing. She has no qualms about being a real person & you see that she wears her heart on her sleeve. She shows geniune concern & love for all the people on SYTYCD. She makes the show a joy to watch. I wish all hosts were as wonderful as her.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the stylists on SYTYCD are jealous of her and are taking it as a challenge to see how horrible of a dress it will take to make her look bad. They haven’t found one yet.

I DON’T SEE HOW ANYONE COULD LIKE KAT DEELEY. SHE’S BEEN ON THE SHOW FOR 3-4 YEARS NOW. I COULDN’T STAND HER THEN AND STILL CAN’T STAND HER. SHE IS OBNOXIOUS. SHE THINKS IT’S HER SHOW. I have been wanting Cat to replace Ryan Seacrest on American Idol for years now! She’s my favorite reality show host.
Cat is the best reality show host on TV. She is charming and shows a great deal of respect to the contestants and the judges. I wish she would take Ryan Seacrest’s place on Idol!

Cat is wonderful, amazing, marvelous, the best hostess on television, and there aren’t enough words to describe how much my family and I love her! She should have several Emmys to her name.
Cat is charming, funny and a MILLION times more likeable than Ryan Seacrest, who has grown incredibly repulsive in his narcissim. Idol needs a lovely person who shows kindness and humor to the contestants rather than smarmy, snide remarks like those of Seacrest.
Cat Deeley is the best reality host ever. Kudos to Entertainment Weekly for adding this gem to their Must List Issue. Now if we could just get the Emmy academy to acknowledge this rare near-perfect mix of beauty, charm, kindness, humor and talent all would be right with the world.

She’s so cute! I love her. She was robbed of her emmy for best reality tv show host. She’s shows the most love for the contestants on the show. I would love to go to her 4th of july party with the dancers.
I love Cat!!! She comes across as completely genuine (which interestingly is a hard thing to fake) and someone you would truly enjoy spending a day at the spa or a night out dancing with. I have so many favorite Cat moments from the show, but last night I was really touched when one of the couples was given a harsh critique (I believe it was Evan and Randi) and even though the camera was focused on the dancing couple you could see Cat rubbing Evan’s shoulder trying to tell him that it would all be ok. I doubt there is another reality show host out there who cares as much about the show’s contestants. Give this woman an Emmy already!!!

YAY CAT! i love her she’s adorable!! i knew about her back in the day when she co-hosted a kid’s show in England called Saturday Morning TV Live. she’s amazing, so glad to see her stateside as well!!
I thought I couldn’t like Cat any more than I already do, but when she talked in the video about inviting all the past SYTYCD contestants over for 4th of July barbecue, I realized I was wrong. She’s terrific.
