“It would be cool if new Locke was nicknamed by Sawyer as “Poser.” The guy posing as Locke would get what he deserves, nickname-wise!”
    Lame

I’d like to at least partly defend CC on this. The headline of this mini Doc update did in fact reveal a major event from the season 5 finale on EW’s home page. CC couldn’t help but see it even if he (or she) does not come in to this board or read Doc’s article. Having said that though, I don’t think it’s fair to blame Doc for this. More likely some dufus intern tagged the article that way. I say off with his head! Oh, and CC, if the reason you are watching all the eps on DVD is that you have only recently discovered the pleasures and frustrations of Lost, welcome to the party pal!

YES cross pollenization of LOST and Top Chef, who would’ve guessed. More head scratching connections from the lords of confusion. Does LOST have to end? Please have a spin off or a movie, a book series something! Anyone think Fringe will have a reference to Oceananic 815? Ah plans within plans, gotta love it!

Doc, if we’re considering LOST crossover on other shows, you must also include the amazing Ace of Cakes episode where they travel to Hawaii and bake LOST’s 100th episode cake.

It is a well-known fact Cervantes didn’t exactly know where he was heading with his famous character and changed his mind several times along the way. But still ended up writing the most important literary work of all times. I forgive the Lost writers if they pulled a Cervantes because they ended up with one of the best TV shows ever.

Thanks, Doc. I knew you’d come through with that article! I’ll be back on Monday for your pearls of wisdom and the swine too.

Please don’t break my heart again Doc… Your column better be here on Monday.

  • Seriously?

I watched the Monte Carlo videos. Very fulfilling. Particularly as I’d dreamed I’d meet someone from the Lost cast, but puzzled as to how, as I can’t afford to go to Hawaii…maybe it will turn out to be Matthew Fox, as he’s moving to Oregon (where I live)!! Anyway, I can’t afford cable, so, anyone planning to post on youtube parts of this fabled Iron Chef? Though I cringe about the boar’s head (being vegetarian), sounds like a must- see for sheer fun (as well as for clue-hunting). Thanks, Doc!
