What’s always bothered about that scene is that Mr. Pink is wrong: waitresses in a place like that *don’t* make minimum wage. Because the job is defined as a tipping job, they make less than minimum wage. McDonald’s workers make more than waitresses do. It’s not society, it’s the labor laws.

this is good,but i must agree w/ spike the peaches spoof makes me laught til i cry everytime.as a member of the food service industry i always thought mr pink was a major d-bag for that misinformed remark.
then again my staff generally make more serving my food than i do cooking it.
