Is it really necessary for Bella to say, “paper cut,” like it isn’t obvious. She shouldn’t have to state that for Jasper to freak out. Lame! I was really hoping the birthday scene would be awesome and I was disappointed.
It LOOKS better than Twilight, but Stewart still can’t act and Rob looks like he’s trying too hard. And don’t even get me started on the wolf CGI.
Actually, Lautner looks like the best part of the film.
I try to examine these things rationally, but I know some Twlight fans would be squeeing and excited if the entire thing was Chris Weitz mooning the camera.

I think they need to fix the wolf. It looked all kinds of bad. Like a cartoon. Kristen Stewart looks really stiff in the film. She is so awkward. Rob Pattinson is still really beautiful.
Seriously people…can we just take a step back from the hating for a moment and just enjoy the trailer!?! We’re talking “The Twilight Saga” here, not the Godfather!!!
The movie is produced by Summit and not one of the big 3 studios, so yes, effects are not going to be like the high-quality LOTR or the Matrix trilogies, but you have to admit…at first glance, the Jacob-wolf looked pretty cool, especially since we weren’t even thinking we’d get a glance at him until the fall. So just take a moment, remove the stick and enjoy the moment!
I’ve read the series 5 (cough, cough) times since December, saw the movie more times than I care to admit in theatre and and just THRILLED to see these characters, on screen and in-the-flesh by three extremely good-looking, talented and rising young stars…so stop ruining my fun!
Critique the movie when its more than 1 minute and 48 seconds in length. And yes…Lautner is way, way, way hot!
I wasn’t expecting much. Overall, the look and lighting is kind of pretty (Edward no longer looks like the matchmaker in Mulan), but the acting is hard to watch. Not impressed.
Why did Taylor Lautner turn into a DOG????? Thumbs down. Way down.

I thought the trailer was great and it was similar to the book. I thought the birthday party was realistic and the wolf scene was awesome. You negative people need to lighten up and cares about your opinion any way.
