Susan Boyle on 'Britain's Got Talent' finale: What the heck should she sing?

I wish she would sing “When You Believe,” the finale song from Prince of Egypt.” If she just changed all the “we” pronouns to “I” it would fit her so perfectly. Plus, it begins easily so if she were nervous she could ease into it. It starts with a verse about being afraid and even if she were so she’d just sound as if she were interpreting the lyrics.
“Everything’s Coming up Roses”
I don’t know who said “Climb every mountain”, but that was a brilliant suggestion! I would love though to hear her sing “I have dreamed” or “Hello young lovers” from the King and I
Susan Boyle didn’t win – a dance act called Diversity just won.
Forgot to add (too much wine!!) she came 2nd!
“Or, something else? PopWatchers, what do you suggest Susan Boyle sing on tomorrow’s Britian’s Got Talent finale? Should she just stick with “I Dreamed a Dream,” like Piers says?”
I think that it will.

I think the words of “I Dreamed a Dream” have even more
meaning now than when Susan first sang them on Britain’s Got Talent. They were appropriate then, but even more appropriate after the way she was treated the past week. I think Susan can sing any song that tells a story and sing it well. I’m looking forward to her first CD. I want a copy.
I think the result of the vote says something about popular election and democracy that is not often faced. It was so obvious that the better singer came in second. For more, pls see http://euandus3.wordpress.com/2009/12/17/susan-boyle-hurt-by-democracy/
