So I took a break from SOAPnet’s 10-episode "Donnarama" Bevery Hills, 90210 marathon yesterday — I couldn’t sit through Val’s date rape trial with everyone saying she’d been "roofed" instead of "roofied" — and started watching episodes of The Tudors on YouTube. Of course, by watching, I mean fast-forwarding to see Henry Cavill’s sex scenes as Charles Brandon. I realized that Cavill (pictured, left) reminds me of a superhot Robby Benson. It’s the eyes. They’re not the same color, but they’ve got a similar depth and softness and intoxicating stillness. (Note: I just slapped myself for you.) Anyone see it? And just to be clear, I am a Robby Benson fan so this is flattering.

Definitely not seeing the likeness between Robbie Benson and Henry Cavill, but just so happy someone’s talking about Henry Cavill because he’s simply gorgeous and the only reason to watch The Tudors anymore. This is an obvious one, but Leelee Sobieski and Helen Hunt could certainly be related.
I don’t watch either of theses shows but I have caught a few episodes of each, but I think Blaire in ‘Gossip Girl’ and Lyla from ‘Friday Night lights’ look waaaay too alike, so much so I had to IMDb them both!
OK maybe not quite the same, but the guy on the FreeCreditReport ads looks like a way dreamier version of an old boyfriend… it must be the way he bites his lower lip!

Okay, I’m going to get blasted for this, but here goes: When Christine Aguilera went through her brunette phase – the really dark hair – I thought she looked like Boy George. Okay – blast away!
Funny this should ocme up- just today I was talking with a co-worker and we confessed we both have a hard time telling Amy Adams and Isla Fisher apart. We IMDBed them to figure out why, and decided it’s the smile and the eyes, plus the red hair (when Amy is a red-head, that is).
I have always thought that Alan Ruck (Ferris Bueller’s best friend, also on Spin City) and Ira Glass (This American Life) look alike. And both are adorable!
I’ve got a few: January Jones and Rachel McAdams should play sisters. Mary McCormack is Sienna Miller in 10 years. And this one’s a stretch: Kate Hudson and Jennifer Lopez. Ignoring the coloring, they have the same heart-shaped face, same smallish eyes, same awful rom-com roles. Twins, I tell you.

So, I’ve been on a Greek kick lately because I just recently discovered what a great show it is, and the actor who plays Rusty Cartright reminds me of a cross between Zach Gilford (Seracen on Friday Night Lights) and John Daly (Sam on Freaks and Geeks, or Sweets on Bones, but more his younger days).
Love, love, love Henry Cavill — but why is it that this is apparently the 1st mention of the Tudors for the whole 3rd season? Has EW just completely forgotten about it? Granted, season #3 wasn’t as great as season 2, but it was still intriguing, compelling TV (with incredibly hot guys).
I’ve always thought that Monica Potter is a blonde Julia Roberts. Same face. Same voice. They could play the same roles. Am I the only one?
