The trial portions of these are always brutal to watch. For every person who shines, they’re a couple of dozen that um….don’t. My poor poor eyeballs.
What was the song that the girl Arealia (sp?) danced to??? I want it!!! She was the one who got through the Vegas two seasons ago, but she had still been in high school and needed to grow as a dancer. She was the first one on day two in NYC. Anyone?!

Okay, ENOUGH with the judges’shtick! SYTYCD is getting as bad as Idol. Nigel, you are not funny, and MARY, NO ONE EFFING WANTS TO HEAR YOU SCREAM ANYMORE. IT’S NOT CUTE. IT’S NOT ENDEARING. JUST STOP. I did love Sonya and the genuine excitement she showed. Anyone notice how two dancers totally stole NapTab’s Joshua’s-No-Air-on-the-ground-then-swooping-back-up-feet-first move? And NapTab totally let it go? Love them.
I have soooo missed Cat Deeley! Watch one minute of her and you realize what complete tool Ryan Seacrest is.
I’m glad we’re being shown more real dancers and less crap than in past years.
But will someone PLEASE teach Mary Murphy to speak English. Strength is S-T-R-E-N-G-T-H…not S-H-T-R-E-N-G-T-H. Get the difference? Same goes for strong…it’s not shtrong.
And I guess this year’s drinking game word is “intent.” Dancing with “intent.” I wonder if that’s a felony in some states…
SYTYCD is by far my favorite reality competition series. The dancing is much more challenging then Dancing With The Stars. The show has exposed me to dozens of great new songs and Cat Deeley is the best host in reality television.
