National disappointment for women Katrina Darrell told Radar Online she had no idea Kara DioGuardi (Dear god, Kara! Stop initiating creepy hand-to-face touches!) was going to sing with her onstage during Wednesday night’s American Idol season 8 finale. Nope. That is a big fat lie. That’d be like me saying Michael Slezak’s freshly dyed Allison Iraheta-red hair (get ready to die laughing, y’all…) "looks great." Absolutely preposterous.

There’s no way she didn’t know about it before hand. Worst case scenerio, she wouldn’t of gotten warned, and then we would of seen a full-fledged bikini cat-fight on stage. Sexy, Yes! Do I wanna see it? Yes! But does FOX? Probably not.
The risk of her going postal out there was too big for her not to know.

I LOVED IT~ I had to rewind it and watch it a few times! I’m not a kara fan but OMG she showed her how its done! I’d have to give it up to her. She sang and looks amazing!
Bikini girl had no clue…look at her face when her mic goes out and kara start singing. She is not an actress…that was genuine shock.

I don’t know. I really kinda felt like she looked surprised–and I’m not sure she’s that good of an actress. Either way I loved the whole moment.

I saw the shock and annoyance on her face. I don’t think she knew. And the way she scrambled to start singing again after Kara blew her away … That said, she’s even dumber than I thought to think the idol producers actually brought her out to have her seriously sing. Her voice is barely mediocre.
I don’t think she had any idea. She looks geniunely shocked and confused when kara comes out and she kept trying to sing like they were going to do a duet or something, but kara just kept on going, so she kept giving her dirty looks. It was the same as when they brought out Clay Aiken as a surprise to that one clay fanatic a couple of years ago.
