Love Kris, but I read and heard interview from both Adam and Kris and he sounds like a hick. Get rid of the “Just, Like” in every sentence and things to have to be “really, really” and can be “really”.
Other than that Kris you rock and so does Adam.

I hate to mention this or bring it up but this being a reality show… Does anyone think that the whole votes thing is BS? Every other reality show on TV is bogus so why wouldn’t American Idol be fake too. Whomever the judges like, they give them good reviews and the “people” vote them through supposedly. I just thought it funny that this year, every person that talked back to the judges was gone the very next week. People seem to love that when they do and then, see ya, they’re out. Hmmm… it wouldn’t be difficult for Seacrest to get up there, read some stuff, and completely lie to the world saying so and so won. Kris winning has made Idol the most talked about thing in the world in the last week or so. So is it really that far of a reach thinking that it’s all been rigged to the point that Kris winning would make the show more known. I dont think so. Adam will have an amazing career either way so he didn’t need this win as much as Kris did. oh well and i hope im wrong.

TO All the people that think Adam should have won…YOU should HAVE VOTED! The fact of the matter is I stayed up all night voting till midnight and you should have too if you thought Adam should win! I for one cannot wait to buy Kris Allen’s CD! Kick Awesome!

Congrat’s to Kris and Adam, They are both winners. Kris won because he is great! Adam won because he is great! Yes there has to be a 1st and second place. America did right voting the way they did. Kris is going to need the extra help from AI to launch his career. Adam does not need this same help because he already there. They both will have great offers coming in!
I wish both Kris and Adam the best and hope they will remain friends through out their lifetime.
I am a music lover and plan to buy both of their albums! I also have my eye on Allison too!
If American Idol did not exist, then we would never of heard of these two winners. AI is a great stepping stone for young talent!
GO KRIS! GO ADAM! YOU BOTH HAVE MY SUPPORT!
FYI I am an Adam Lambert Fan enjoying watching all the idols! Best season ever!

Congrats to Kris!!
Not that both of them aren’t awesome, cuz they are!!
I just wish that the fans were as gracious as the contestants. Even Adam said in one of his interviews “If our fans can realize one thing, it is to concentrate on how much we are the same, what brings us together, NOT on our differences”.
The competition is OVER!!!
Kris won. He got the most votes, for whatever reason, and that’s why he won!!
Kudos to him!!
So lets take our cues from them – They like, support, and respect each other.
Why can’t we??

Adam Lambert fans need to stop being so bitter. It’s just making you look like sad pathetic freaks when you’re trolling every board posting the same garbage. Apparently ANY criticism of Adam automatically equals homophobia. Get a grip.

‘Tremendous’ talent? Exhibit A: Allen’s version of No Boundaries in the finale. Exhibit B: his wretched job of the judge’s choice song in Top 3 week. Exhibit C: Man in the Mirror during semis week. Exhibit D: the fact that he basically gave the same performance every week during the entire competition.
America, the rest of the world is laughing at you…Allen just isn’t as good as you’ve somehow convinced yourselves he is…

we get almost brainwashed that adam is the best singer, then get almost brainwashed that no, adam ‘screams and wails,’ then you go listen for yourself and discover that yes, just as you thought, kris deserves a lot of kudos and praise too for being a wonderful singer (loved his songs he wrote, that i heard!)and adam’s talent doesn’t take away from the new american idol kris’s. and no, adam doesn’t ‘scream and wail’ on every song he does.far from it. i love to listen to each singer alternating, first one from kris and then one from adam. it sounds just wonderful and fantastic. they’re both a breath of fresh air on the music scene, and one tires of people who seek to detract from kris’s win by total support of adam shutting out kris, and vice versa. that’s not right. each is a gifted interpreter of songs and kris has written his own songs too starting six or seven years ago. to listen to each in turn is amazing and makes you feel so good… a real ‘feel good’ experience 4 music lovers!!

Feel bad for Kris, I knew if Kris won he would hear the “Adam was robbed” around the world. I for one absolutely believe that he won on Gokeys Votes, not because he was more popular! Adam is a phenomenon to be reckoned with! Kris, get in line with Hicks.

America could learn something from Kris and Adam. They bonded and became close friends despite their differences. It’s my dream that one day christians and gays will not hate nor discriminate but learn to embrace one another. Adam and Kris have given us all that hope.
