MIAMI TRAUMA and THREE RIVERS still neck and neck to be Les Moonves’ medical
show. Or will he pick up both?
I’d love to see Body Politic picked up! (Come on CW!)I think Obama has showed that young people do have an interest in politics, so it’s definitely reflective of the current social climate! From the sounds of it, this show has a lot of potential, not to mention the diverse cast as a previous poster has pointed out – Jason Dohring, Minka Kelly, Gabrielle Union, Brian Austin Green, Jay Hernandez.
It would be great to watch something a bit more intelligent for once! Besides, do we really need yet another unrealistic show about promiscuous, conniving, and wealthy young people? I think not!
Miami Trauma has a second underlayed plot – the main character – Dr Proctor, played by fabulous Jeremy Northam, is an enigmatic man with unusual hidden past. The plot looks as a hybrid bteween a medical drama and a suspense thriller. Should be a winner!
I think I might actually cry if Body Politic is passed on.
Gotta have Three Rivers – if Alex O’Loughlin is in it you know it will be awesome!
Ok i just saw clip of body politic pilot, and it’s pretty good for a CW show, the cast is multi-ethnic and has a lot of chemistry ! Very sexy and interesting and in DC Obama administration !!!!
