Quote of the Day: 'Grease 2' edition

Michael: Stephanie, please don’t cry.

Stephanie: Oh, it all seems so unfair. Just when I found you, I lost you.

Michael: That doesn’t matter now. The only thing that matters is that I love you, and you’re the only one who can keep our love alive. So Stephanie, don’t forget me.

Stephanie: I promise.

Ha! I love Grease 2. Tell ya a little secret. It’s my favorite one. I prefer it to the original. Yes flame away, but the music is way funnier and the cast act more like teenagers than the original. “Wah huh huh, who’s that guy? Where did he come from. Who’s that guy? Where can I get one? (how can you not love those lyrics.) Looks to me like he could really flyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

There is actually a longer version of this dialogue on the soundtrack.
Michael: That doesn’t matter now. The only thing that matters is the time we had together
Stephanie: But, but I don’t even know your name!
Michael: All you have to know is that I love you. And you’re the only one who can keep our love alive. So Stephanie, don’t forget me!
    Stephanie: I promise!

    I’ll be yours in summer
When we’re playing in the sand.

    Making love and getting tan.
