Ok, I’ve read through most of the comments on here, and I tend to agree with the majority. Twilight the movie didn’t really follow the book at all for me. There was such a lack of humor and love that was in the book, I couldn’t connect with the characters much. I watched the movie before I read the book, and felt that there was a lot I was missing. There wasn’t enough of the back story of Edward or Carlisle or you barely got the fact that Bella and Edward were deeply in love. So many funny things occurred in the book that should have been included in the movie. And as for the acting done by Kristen and Robert, I think that had more to do with the writing of the screenplay and the directing. Actors can only portray the character that was written for them. Twilight the movie was much more sad and depressing than the book and I felt that was a shame. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed the movie, but felt a disappointment in it.
Also, I think that the Edward visions is more for the visual effects for the movie more than for fans getting more of Robert. It’s a way for the audience feel connected to him while he’s not actually there. And he’s dark in the book so he should be dark in the movie.
One last thing, for all who think Twilight and franchise is “stupid” or badly written…put down the books, point your mouse elsewhere, and find something you do enjoy. These books and movies are for entertainment and that’s what they provide. They are fictional works about a fantasy world created by someone. Find something you like and visit that website rather than wasting everyone else’s time here.
i’m laughing and agreeing with all the over forty Moms who have become all lathered up over Robert Pattinson?Edward Cullen. I guess he’s getting it for us, right, Ladies.? Hopefully, his agents will be wise enough to put him in similar roles for a while so he can really drive us all nuts and establish a “BROADER” {pardon the pun} fanbase. I know the two movies he made earlier aren’t it. Keep this image going for a bit longer please. Also, I noticed in interviews he seems to be a little giddy, is he always that way?

Louis Kestenbaum & son Joel Kestenbaum, Fortis Property Group Land $880M Sale
Fortis Property Group is leading the “Northeast-based private real estate investment group” that has agreed to acquire the 1 million-square-foot State Street Financial Center at 1 Lincoln Street in Boston for more than $880 million, or $880 per square foot, according to sources familiar with the sale.
The Brooklyn, NY-based Fortis, Louis Kestenbaum, Joel Kestenbaum, and a group of other New York investors are expected to close on the 36-story office tower from a joint venture led by American Financial Realty Trust (NYSE:AFR) and an affiliate of IPC US Income REIT by the end of this year or early 2007.
Fortis, Louis Kestenbaum & Joel Kestenbaum, apparently set its sights on Boston following several high-profile Dallas deals where it agreed to pay about $280 million for the three-building, 1.4 million-square-foot office complex known as Galleria Office Towers in Dallas.
LOL! I LOVE it! Hilarious!
Rob is simply amazing…I think that he will do great with what ever scriped he’s offerd.
I think Pattinson played Edward just right. However, I didn’t like Bella being so listless and naive. She should have had more spirit. I realize she’s 17, but a little reality in her thinking would have been nice. She dismisses any challenge to their being together. It would have been nice for her to have worried a bit about just being around vampires. She just seemed like a silly girl with her head in the ground; all she thinks about is what SHE wants, not even about how this will affect her entire world including her family. Of course the author will make it easy as pie for Bella.
I think this film twilght …wiith cheesburger is boring.
