My Must List this week is brought to you by Kings, as in "you Must watch this show" before NBC sends it to the canceled one-season series farm up in the sky (along with these gems). Haven’t you always never wondered what your life would be like if Ian McShane were your benevolent ruler, and by benevolent I mean kinda power-hungry and douchey? Still, I don’t think I would mind living in his kingdom, especially if dutiful soldier/dreamboat David Shepherd is around.
EW’s own Ken Tucker gave Kings a B+, saying it’s ”a work in progress that’s worth seeing through to completion.” The show has already been relegated to the Saturday night graveyard, but here’s hopping a last-minute surge in viewers helps NBC give it a second chance with a second season. Am I the only one who fell for this epic drama? What else do you like this week? Catch the latest episode of Must List Live, then check out the pilot of Kings (embedded below), then share your Must List picks with us. List up to three items from current TV/movies/music/books/games/online.Don’t forget your e-mail address, in case we decide to use yoursubmission in the magazine. Deadline is Thursday, April 16 at noon ET.

C’mon! The Susan Boyle clip on YouTube!
I have no interest in kings… but I’m LOVING My Boys… 3 eps in and it’s hilarious…
EVERYONE should be watching Chuck week in and week out anyway, but EVERYONE had especially tune in for the final episodes so Chuck gets renewed!
“Once”-I know it came out a couple years ago, but thanks to Kris Allen’s performance of “Falling Slowly”, renewed interest can never hurt. This is a wonderful movie with wonderful music.
Once again, Kris Allen on American Idol knocked it out of the park with “Falling Slowly.” When will he finally get his due credit from the judges?
Otalia and Guiding Light. Everyone should be watching this wonderful love story unfold!
The amazing new website Slaughterhouse 90210: http://slaughterhouse90210.tumblr.com/
It takes stills from your favorite TV shows and captions them with great quotes from literature. My favorite is a picture of Joan and Peggy from Mad Men with a quote from Margaret Atwood which reads “Do not let the bastards grind you down.” Brilliant!
Without a doubt I MUST have Otalia from Guiding Light. This story is no longer simmering, it’s reached a full on boil over. Crystal Chappell is completely off the charts with her amazing acting and Jessica Leccia is right on her heels. If you like angst, agony, love at its painful best and a sweet, sweet resolution, you MUST watch Otalia on Guiding Light!!
Guiding Light and the “Otalia” storyline definitely is on the top (well, actually it’s the only thing) on my Must List. The writing, the acting, the angst – brilliant!
I know EW is getting a lot of Otalia love from the Guiding Light fans but this week has been breathtaking. The performances have been amazing and the depth of storytelling like nothing seen for a same-sex couple on television ever. Crystal Chappell was heartbreakingly real on Tuesday’s episode and the week isn’t even half over yet. Just brillant!
Dollhouse reached a new level of awesome with its “A Spy In The House Of Love” episode. It was twisty, sexy, the story was well told, and Olivia Williams and Enver Gjokaj really stood out as the ones to watch on this show. This episode really made the case for why Dollhouse needs to live to see another season!
Must TV: Olivia and Natalia (Guiding Light)
Guiding Light is going back to its roots in the telling of this slow-building love story. This past week, the long simmering romance of Otalia comes to a full boil as an emotional Olivia admits her love to stunned bride-to-be Natalia. What will be the fallout of this confession? Buckle up and enjoy this roller coaster ride!
My “must List” pick is for “Guiding Light” and the “Otalia” storyline. If your not watching this, then your just not cool
Otalia on Guiding light. They belong together.. Come on writers give us a home room. Also is so wrong to hurt Frank like that. Poor GUY. We want Otalia and we want it now!!
“Otalia” on “Guiding Light” is a “must Watch” because it is so well written and the actor are amazing. Crystal chapppell is a treat to watch, I sometime wonder why she does not have her own show. Anyways I started watching and is obsesse with the show all over again thanks to this Otalia storyline. I accidentally came across a chip of “Otalia” on youtube and now I am consume by it. YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT,
OTALIA ROCKS!!!
Chuck. Chuck. And Chuck.
Come on, Chuck and Sarah have gone rogue, Sarah’s putting everyhting on the line, and I can’t wait to see what happens in that bed next week. Why aren’t people watching this show?
Reaper- Can we get some love for this underappreciated little show? It’s funny as all get out and I feel like Sam, Sock, Andi, and Ben are the new Mystery Machine gang.
Eric Tan’s Alternative Movie Prints- Check them out on his website, http://erictanart.blogspot.com/
Very Cool.
Extract Trailer- It’s Mike Judge, which means, it’ll most likely fail in the the theaters and then be a ridiculously booming cult success. Anyone seen Office Space?
My Must is Guiding Light, specifically Otalia.
Why? Because I seem to enjoy having my heart ripped out on a daily basis! Romeo and Juliet have nothing on this sucker.
Guiding Light and the Otalia storyline has to top this week’s must list! This love story is smoking hot and keeps me coming back for more!
Absolutely Otalia on Guiding Light. I’ve never seen such a well developed and performed love story, daytime or otherwise. It’s so well done that I’ve all but abandoned all of my other shows. It’s definitely a MUST SEE.
Eveyone SHOULD be watching LIFE!!! It’s a must!
My Boys – Love love love this show.
Better Off Ted – can’t remember the last time I needed to pause a show because I was laughing so hard!
My Must List:
Crystal Chappell (as Olivia Spencer) on Guiding Light
This daytime veteran gave a tour de force performance this week on the sudser Guiding Light, that culminated in a graveside declaration of love that left me breathless and shaking. I never knew soap operas could hurt so good.
My must list is Crystal Chappell in the Otalia storyline on Guiding Light. She has always been an incredible actress, but she is giving the performance of a lifetime this week! Go Crystal! Go Otalia! Go Guiding Light!
My Must list this week includes former American Idol contestant Michael Johns. His first single ‘Heart On My Sleeve’ came out on April 14 on iTunes and Amazon! It’s a beautiful song!
The shills for guiding light have come out in force. Since no daytime soap has ever been mentioned in the history of the Must List, we have to assume that either producers from the show or friends of the actress are posting like crazy people.
Loving My Boys, The Big Bang Theroy & Greek.
Also obessed with Supernatural, cant wait to meet the third Winchester Brother.
Cant stop listening to Gavin Degraw’s new album “Free”
Chuck and Castle!
i recently purchased a portable phone. Or cellular phone as the kids call it. the rotary dial is so 5 minutes ago. People!! You must try these new cellular phones. You dont have to be bogged down by cords anymore.
When Olivia confessed her love for Natalia in yesterday’s episode of Guiding Light it got to me in such an emotionally taxing way that I almost questioned my sanity.
The Otalia love story easily tops my Must List again.
