Kris Allen’s song was the best of evening for me.
Touching and emotional. Kris can strip down a song and sing it beautifully.
Kris’s song touched me the most.
I never ever dreamed in a million years that I’d agree with anything negative Simon might have to say about my boy Adam, but alas, I absolutely DESPISE his arrangement of Born to be Wild (please note I said ARRANGEMENT & not his vocal ability which was outstanding as always).
Oh well, still a big fan & will just have to wait until next week to see if he can make it all better again!
I adore Adam but hated that song. Didn’t care for the arrangement, either, but, he was still head and shoulders better than anyone else. Allison sounded so hoarse and vocally strained that I laughed when Simon said she was the girl’s last hope, until I heard Lil, and realized that Allison on her worst night is better than Lil on her best night.
Seriously, Allison is losing her voice. She had trouble maintaining her lower register and talk about screechy, that was all that came out on her higher register. In between was hoarseness and more hoarseness. She’s got style, but, she’s losing her voice.
Kris was good, but, Adam is still the man. Can’t get beyond Allison’s face. You can crack walnuts on that hard little face, and I think she’s way over-rated only because there are no other decent females this year. Lil is the worst singer ever. The ONLY reason she’s there is because she’s beautiful and black. The only reason Allison is there is ….. ????? I don’t know. She is horrible.

well i can say adam and allison blew me away, kris were okay because he was off key the first part of the song, danny mediocre and anoop was a bit boring, lil was a mess she really needs to go home, allison was lackluster
