Rupert is a fantastic actor! Have you “entertainment experts” even noticed the other works Rupert’s done? Driving Lessons & Wild Target are good movies for the genres they are it! The guy is versetile & that’s what an actor is suppose to be! Stop pushing him & the rest of them under the shadow of HP! They’re actors & they need to grow! I mean look at Daniel! He can now sing & dance since taking on “How to Succeed…”! Pushing your limits as an actor is what it’s about & why so many wish they can do it & why only a few can perfect their craft!
I don’t know if anyone actually thinks about this, but Rupert is actually a few years older than Dan and Emma. So is Tom… they’re going to start doing very grown up things because they’ve been in such a children’s series for soooo long.
Honestly, it’s just a movie. Be happy he’s not out doing it in real life.
