I love the show!!!! Although sometimes I get upset the way Kate talks to Jon I admire her for the discipline and educational exposure she provides the kids. I just wish she would loosen up a little . . . not to pay too much attention to matching shoes & clothes, etc. The show also need some new ideas to get the sudience more hooked to the show.
Jon & Kate plus 8: Love the show and love the kids. Parents are good and may have troubles, but no one is perfect. Love them too. Have been praying for them to return. Thanks to God.
i LOVE kon and kate, and i find it funny that people get so angry at kate, they are a happy family, stop being such haters
I find this show very true to life for a large family. I myself have 5 children all grown. I think to others Jon and Kate seem miserable at times but are just overly tired. There is a lot of hard work in raising 5 children let alone 8 children. I myself like Kate and Jon wanted my children to learn love, good ethics and have the Lord the center of their lives. Just doing those 3 things is hard in a smaller family let alone in a larger family. Now that my family has grown into adults I look back thanking the Lord daily for the gifts he bestowed upon my husband and I giving us our family of 5 children. They are the most precious gift in life. The Gosselins are a loving Christian family! That is a blessing in it’s self. I hope to see this show for years. Very wholesome television show like in the 50′s when I grew up!!
I love the show. And I think people are way too critical of Jon and especially of Kate. She has worked very hard to provide a normal, loving, healthy environment for their children, even when Jon was working and they didn’t have as much money coming in. I’ve found it educational and inspiring. Regardless of your opinion of Kate, their children seem very well-rounded and loved and they should be commended for their efforts, not bashed in the media. It’s so easy to criticize when you’re an outsider. I love the show, and I think they’re role models. Nobody is perfect! And, I think it’s great they don’t hide their flaws. It’s refreshing. Personally, I’ve learned a lot of great things from the show. Too many people are looking for the negative. It’s a great show – I’m glad they’re coming back for another season, and their children are priceless!
I was hoping they would be back. I love the show, and have watched it from the beginning. I would like them to keep on going. Season 9,10,11 lol
Kate needs to go to have a behavioral modification counselor come in and fix the mess that she has made of these kids lives. The twins need to learn to deal with life instead of whining about it, just like the other 6 will learn to do. These children will grow up to have all sorts of mental problems because they have no one to show them how to be real people. I am surprised that Jon hasn’t divorced Kate, she is mean mouthed and hateful.
I really enjoyed Jon & Kate for a couple seasons, but I do not watch it anymore. Kate is so full of herself and so demeaning to Jon. If SHE watched a few episodes and saw how unkind she is to Jon, perhaps she would realize how hard and arrogant she has become.
I’m sick of hearing about Jon and Kate, I was hoping they wouldn’t renew so that my relatives would stop talking about what is in my opinion a show that is exactly the same as OctoMom, using kids to get famous. To me it is dispicable.
I absolutely hate Jon and Kate! The parents seem miserable. Jon, especially, oftentimes seems like he would rather be doing anything but spending time with his wife and kids. The new series “Table for 12″ is so much better and features a much more likeable family.

i love the show and kate’s type a personality, i feel that she has to have control with 8 kids. imagione what it would be like with 8 kids no routine or organization. i see jon as a full time partner and they support each other
I am so over Kate. She is so demeaning to Jon and he takes it. They do not act like they even like each other. I can just imagine how things are when the cameras are off. It is all a business now…and luckily they got rich off of their children!
Please no more Jon and Kate!!! It was painful to watch how unhappy Jon was last season….am I the only one who sees this? He looks like a broken beat man. I can’t watch Kate abuse this poor man any more….Jon please get a back bone. You are a wondrful caring father and you are not appreciated.
I pretty much quit watching Jon & Kate. It nausiates me to watch and listen to Kate demeaning Jon..He can’t say anything without her correcting him. They got their money, the youngest kids should be starting kindergarten…Time to end the misery.. Maybe then Jon can handle Kate in private without the public watching her rudeness and meaness towards him.
