Harry Potter! He overcomes more obstacles than anyone could be expected to, and saves tons of people in the process!
The Three Muskateers (ok ok…and D’Artagnan too).

  • Rob Sullivan

    Definately Superman.

  • Christie

    Malcolm Reynolds

ROGUE! From the comic books(the 90′s era of super-strength & flight). I mean sure all girls look up to Wonder Woman, but WW was never relatable to me..Rogue on the other hand had angst and issues. I mean, my skin isn’t untouchable and sure I do not have super-strength or flying abilities…but I sure did dream that I did when I was a kid(not the skin thing, though)
Oh,and BATMAN! A superhero minus the super, all you need is some funky gadgets and a couple of million bucks. Niiice.

My number one choice is, for sure, Harry Potter. After that, Yorick Brown (from Y: The Last Man) and Malcolm Reynolds (from Firefly/Serenity) are probably my next choices.

    Harry Potter

The women of X-Men have always been the coolest – Storm, Jean Gray, Kitty Pryde, Rogue. Really too bad they have been so botched in the movies.

THE AMAZING AMAZON – AKA – WONDER WOMAN IS MY FAVE SUPERHEROINE!
    LYNDA CARTER – IMAGE
    SUSAN E – VOCAL

Oh dear, that’s hard! I think I’m gonna have to go with Superman, in any incarnation. Truth, justice and the American way! Plus he gets Lois Lane. What more could you ask for?

hurry up w/the big screen movie version!
there are a lot of great potential actresses to play the character – re: in NHW for 2010-2020
ie/re: Mila Kunis comes straight to mind!

  • Sara

    Definitely Batman.

Superman. As David Carradine said in Kill Bill II: “Superman is unique among comic book persons in that he is a superhero who disquise is an ordinary person. Peter Parker puts on a costume and becomes Spiderman. Superman puts on a disquise becomes Clark Kent.” Superman is the role model for all superheros. Maybe not the first, but, certainly the best.
By the way Stephanie: Did you know that Rogue Murdered Ms. Mar-vel prior to joinging the X-Men? She killed her in Avengers Annual #12, 1981. The X-Men forgave Rogue, because, everyone makes a mistake now and then, and just because Rogue Murdered Ms. Mar-vel is no reason to hold a gruge against her. The movies don’t want to bring up the fact that Rogue Murdered Ms. Mar-vel, but, that is what happened in the comic books and in the cartoon series: A Rogue’s Tale.
Google search: Rogue Ms. Mar-vel and see what you get.

Definitely, without a doubt, Buffy Summers!!

  • Wade

I want to come up with something original but for me it would be Indiana Jones, which is why every year I dress as him for Halloween.

  • KEVIN

Is there a greater hero than Buffy Summers? With Super human strenghth, wit, beauty, humility, and grace, Buffy showed us it is not always easy to be the Chosen One. Written by the geek god Joss Whedon and portrayed perfectly by Sarah Michelle Gellar, I say nobody does it better than Buffy.
