Whada, I personally dont give a rats A** who did what. I just want thing fixed like he said he was going to do. Stock Stock Market drops over 3000 points after he signs a stimulus bill. All I have heard for the past 8 years is bush this bush that. Oh I forgot every thing that happens that is bad is Bush’s fault and if its good its all Obama’s doing. pull your head out of your butt
“I can’t imagine anyone has better words of wisdom to offer than the mighty O.”
Indeed.
After reading all the news articles, and listening to all the comments from the media an the public. Everyone in my opinion have to understand that something caused that siuation to have the end resolutes we have all seen. It saddens me that this hold situation happened, but Rhianna and Chris need joint counseling. Any time a siuation occur all the participants need to take respondsibility there individual actions. So it is what it is. domestic violence is not tolerated, but in this case we haven’t heard what Rhianna did to cause this matter.
kevho, the economy tanked in september. obama didn’t take office until january. from enron (remember that? and remember how diligent bush was going to be to fight the corruption in corporate america?) to the housing crisis and credit crunch, they can all be placed right on bush’s shoulders.
as far as rhianna goes, the fact that she took chris brown back just goes to show that you can have all the money and talent in the world and still be as dumb as a stack of bricks.
Okay I do not want anyone to misunderstand what I am about to say and I have a 21 year old daughter and I had an ex hit me and for myself and my daughter I got the hell out of dodge. With that said I do believe that as human beings we have the ability to change and come out of given situations better. I have a friend who is 6 feet tall and his ex wife the same. She would punch him in the face, belittle him and even brought her lover into their home. Through all of this he never once struck her. She got in his face with her lover, slapped him and he responded in kind. She has said that he never hit her before but says that she pushed him to react even after he asked her over and over again to just let him be. He is still upset 22 yrs after. So it is not always true that if he does it once he will do it again. Oprah as far as I am concerned has her own issues and despite what she may think, she does not have to weigh in on everything. CB and Rihanna do need counseling but to each is own.
Domestic abuse happens everywhere.. to everywhere. But it’s also an issue that is usually thrown under the rug. I think it’s good that Oprah is doing this. And, sad as it may be, sometimes a celebrity needs to experience a delicate issue to have the public to start talking.
Mikeman. On January 19th, the last full day of President Bush’s presidency, the Dow closed at 8218.22 tosay the market is at 6,837.13. Since Obama took over it has gone down down down.
typo, should be *everyone* not *everywhere*
Kevoh, first: what does Bush, the DJIA, and Obama have to do with anything in this story?
Second, during the Bush administration, the DOW dropped from 14,000 to the low 8,000s. Blaming Obama for another 2,000 drop is like saying that firemen are responsible for a house burning down, when the house was already burning when they got there.
He’s trying, doofus. Give him more than two months to figure it out.
Also if Oprah wants to dedicatate a show to domestic abuse maybe she needs to check the stats on the military spouses who are abused while Commanders, CSMs and 1SGs turn a blind eye. I do not think because Rihanna has ensured it does a spotlight now need be shined on it. If more emphasis was put on your average abuse victim things would be tackled better. So Oprah rather than dedicating your show to Rihanna why not dedicate it to those who have sought help but get none or are told that they are ruining their spouses military careers by seeking help. I see so many of these spouses hiding busted lips and black eyes that it is crazy that more attention is not put on them. So Oprah save your time and it you must say anything say for those who actually need your help until then please for the love of God….SHUT UP! Rihanna has her pick of counselors if she so chooses she does not need you staring into a camera passing judgment.
i think this is idiotic im 13 and i have heard a lot of mess about this story but chris brown is not an idiot he won’t just go off hitting rihanna for no reason she did something to set him off so he should not be the only one to blame she should too. i will admit what he did was wrong but more people should be considerate it happens in everyday life.
umm… there isn’t a typo, Einstein.
True, this started with an argument. But there’s absolutely NO excuse for Chris Brown to take it as far as he did. Slamming her face against the window? Blood spraying all over the car? Read the affidavit. It’s all in there. He didn’t just hit her. He knocked the living $#it out of her!
Let Madame C. correct her own typo, will ya? She originally said “everywhere… to everywhere.” She caught that she made a mistake. Don’t sarcastically call her “Einstein,” jerk.
I hate they are getting so much media attention. They are not worthy. Yes, I’m a hater.
