True story, that speech is NOT in the play on which this movie is based, Mamet wrote that monologue specifically for the movie, specifically for Baldwin. Most people belive this movie is one of the great acting showcases of the last 30 years.
How did Alec Baldwin not get Academy Award nomination just for this!
