People watch this show for all the drama it produces on it’s way to an ending that rarely comes out well. It’s TV people, it’s not real life.

I think the show was great. take the good with the bad and count our blessing that it wasn’t us. Jason ended it before he married her give him credit there, could of been another nasty divorce. I well watch the show again and so would everyone else I think. Its all the break ups and the steamy scence that make us come back for for. Next year everyone will forget about Jason and move on to the next guy. Thats life, live with it.

It’s a reality TV show and the people involved know what they are signing up for. If we lived in a perfect world no one would have gotten hurt. Reality is that people do get hurt – life isn’t fair and give Jason credit for not leading Melissa on any longer than he did in trying to make it work. I am happy for Molly that she has a 2nd chance. She does love him and said he was making a mistake in not picking her. Sometimes we have to learn things the hard way. I feel bad for Melissa but she knew she was taking a chance. How many of these relationships have worked out? Who says life is easy? It is what it is so quit complaining and hope for Jason that it will work out with Molly.

Everyone was watching, it is tv. They are surrounded by cameras 24/7. No one can come off this show and say they were 100% themselves while the cameras were there. My goodness one guy and 25 women trying to convince him they are the one…..this is a tv show. As soon as the cameras stop rolling and you go back to your real life things always change. I hope that all the crap doesn’t get in the way if Jason and Molly are right for each other power to them.I wish them all good luck.

I’m surprised to see how angry people are at Jason. But, we have to remember that the show is set up so he would HAVE to choose ONE girl after falling in love with TWO. The situation is confusing, time-pressured and unrealistic. Every season the bachelors say, “I’ve fallen in love with two women.” So, why are we upset by seeing the consequences of that unnatural set up? But, I’m very upset that Melissa had to give back the ring. Jason was the one who messed up, and Jason (or the show’s producers) need to do the traditional and right thing. Give that girl a diamond!

It’s reality TV, it’s whole existance is to make alot of money but putting regular people on who you don’t have to pay and collect the pot of gold at the end of the season. Of course, he feels like they’re pawns and characters people get hurt or cry he makes more money, are you suprised?

This entire process is inherently difficult. Put a kid in a candy store, move the store around to unbelievably exotic and distracting locations and let him/her sample all little tastes he/she wants of the inventory under further distracting and unreal circumstances, then instruct him/her to eliminate multiple selections systematically until he/she must finally choose between Cadbury and Ghirardelli, when he/she is really more of a Hershey’s lover, but lost his/her bearings amid all the exotic offerings.
The failure rate is no surprise. The surprise for me is that someone (Molly) actually behaved with some degree of caring and maturity instead of letting her ego lead her to lash out. She clearly was more concerned with Jason’s happiness and welfare than any of the other girls, and showed it by patiently waiting for Ty to come to her instead of winning him over with teacher tricks. Molly told Jason he made a mistake, she was correct, he realized it. Done.
    80% chance of marriage.

Jason could have handled the situation if a much more dignified manner. The fact that he had just broke up with Melissa and was then making out with Molly was heartless.Wait until the cameras are off buddy, you know Melissa and her whole family for that matter were probably watching! And as for the chemistry changing, that is what happens, you are with someone and the relationship changes and grows. It isn’t always champagne and roses, but something deeper. Grow up Jason.

People…it is reality tv…get over yourselves…reality means heartbreak whether it’s on tv or not…Those girls signed up for this…they’ve seen the show before…they know there will be tears involved!!

this was my favorite season of the bachelor/bachelorette. Why? It had the best characters, the best drama that was not about catty girl fights, but about love and friendship and courting. The fact that Jason changed his mind just kept with the drama that we all watch the tv program for. This show could be scripted and I would still watch for the romance and the “cinderella factor” I wish I could have in my life. But there is not way the tv execs. could come up with this stuff. It is too real. Keep up the great work.

Would Mr. Mike Fleiss please do us all a favor and tell everyone how much each of these people were actually paid for their time on this program. Motivations would become very clear very quickly. Please tell all of us???

So the producer’s main defense is: “We’re a TV show, so deal with it.”
I think it shows lack of respect for the people involved. It just goes to show you how low a television show goes to get ratings.
    Bachelor, bye bye!

    Find 1 Person?????????????????
Mike Fliess says “find one that says we told them who to pick” Well here you go Andy Baldwin today on the River says just that. you can find the radio interview at 1037theriver under GregRambin. Great interview where he said that he walked off the set and would not return until he was able to pick whom he wanted.

I feel that after the numerous of times that there have been very UNSUCCESSFUL pairings made on this show that the producers & powers that be, would quit making it. There have been more than enough hearts broken during the making of this show. What’s worse? I keep watching, but I admit I only watched this season because Jason SEEMED to be an honest and sincere man who trully had the girl’s interest at heart. However, he could have done like other bachelors in seasons past have done. Told the one he chose he just wanted a commitment but no engagement as of yet to prevent the overly hurtful of breaking up of an engagement on ‘live’ television. Basically just gotten to know each other better to determine if an egagement & life together was what they trully wanted, rather than get Melissa’s & the country’s hopes up!
