I complete disagree with most of you. The Hills will never be considered a remake of Melrose Place. They are nothing alike. The Hills is a reality show, which means the drama and seriousness is cheesey and light-hearted. Don’t get me wrong the Hills is a great show, but Melrose Place is on whole new level. Think about it, how mad would you be if you missed a Hills episode, now compare that to how mad you would be if you miss a Melrose Place episode…..
Exactly, they are totally different. The new MP2.0 will luckily be bringing back some original cast members, so it should be great. But saying that the Hills is a remake of Melrose Place is an insult.
