I don’t know what I expected when I read Details‘ story called "The Unravelingof Kanye West," but I didn’t expect to read about a video game Kanyeclaims to have tried to build when he was 12, which he describes as"very sexual," mostly about gigantic anthropomorphized genitalia. Uh,stick to the rapping? I also really liked the part where he says he’s"the [naughtyword] end-all, be-all of music," and describes himself asa superhero.
So, PopWatchers, does all this posturing and boasting makeyou want to be a Kanye drop-out? Or will you matriculate with him,where ever the bragging may go?

while 808 sucks, graduation is a great great album and kanye can say whatever he wants if he puts out another album as fantastic as graduation i’ll listen, repeatedly

He wrote on his blog once that he was so happy that radio accepted his singles from his latest album cause according to him “808s and Heartbreak” is art. I don’t think he’s ever heard of Imogen Heap and countless other artists who create music using a much more imaginative combination of electronic instruments and real instruments, plus their lyrics are more creative than “Why do you have to be so Dr. Evil”

When Jay-Z calls himself the “Best Rapper Alive,” he comes across as cool, whether or not you agree with him. But when Kanye spouts off, I just want to punch him in his glasses. Mostly because Kanye is basically a Puffy, not a Jay-Z. His stuff just isn’t that good.
