As we know, it’s never as “dramatic” or “shocking” as it’s hyped up to be. Jason meeting Mel’s parents makes sense but it would defeat their purpose of not wanting the meeting on national tv. He can meet them later when the cameras are off. Even if it’s after a proposal since he’s marrying her not her parents anyway. Him dumping her & then choosing Molly seems very out of character for him & something I doubt he would do, at least in front of a tv audience. I hope it’s that he ends up choosing Deanna. It’s the only way it could truly be as “dramatic & shocking” as promised. They have her coming back for a reason and I don’t think it’s strictly for ratings (though it’s working). After last year, I really don’t think D would come back & spill her guts to Jason if she really didn’t mean it this time. And as for the wedding on the spot, do you really think ABC would pass up a chance to have another wedding special? Not a chance. No wedding.
If I want to watch this kind of TV I would switch to Jerry Springer. Hurting Melissa like this is. I have ne respect for teo tomin Jason or his “other” woman in how they handled it. You lost me ABC.
I’m pretty sure Deanna is not coming back to confess deep love for him or anything. The show always likes to have its promos be more over the top than the actual show. My guess is that Deanna is just popping by to warn him that he could make a mistake like she did, and she wants him to be careful because she doesn’t want him to end up unhappy like she did. If she were actually going to “steal” him, it probably would have been hyped up even more.
Just read that Reality Steve thing & weirdly enough not once does he mention Deanna in all of his astute analysis. That guy has way too much time on his hands. My head is supposed to hurt after exhaustive breakdowns of Lost, not the friggin Bachelor!
Not rumor folks. The show producers scripted the big ATFR “dumping” of fan favorite Melissa and Jason bought into it-despicable slimy horndog tool that he is. Shame on MF, CH, and ABC for giving the viewers this piece of crap show. I sincerely hope Jillian and Melissa never agree to do the Bachelorette. Run ladies!
I think Melissa must be in on it…thus the sparing of her “private” parents. I also think she feels guilty and is trying to make up for it with all the black sheep comments. Can’t wait to find out the whole back story. So salacious!

I think Jason’s ex needs to see an attorney immediately if this is the way Jason is acting. She needs to keep this child away from him and his sexual attitudes. Wow were we as fans ever fooled by him.
the slimely part in the blog is not that Jason changed his mind it’s that
1. He was seeing both behind their backs
2. He dumped her in front of the cameras instead of in private
What do I think of Jason? The cruelty shown by both Jason and ABC is extreme, and I will no longer watch the Bachelor. I hope all the advertisers are aware of how most of us loyal fans feel and pull their advertising $$. After Jason spent HOURS discussing how he was mistreated by his wife & Deanna, he turned around and treated Melissa worse by cheating on her with Molly. AND instead of being a REAL man and telling her in private, he told her on national tv. I hope he got the reaction he wanted – he’s a jerk. Molly had to know since she knows he proposed to Melissa – so she is no better than Jason. PLEASE – no need for a televised wedding – it won’t last – very few will watch – BUT we might enjoy the next tv show he goes on to dump Molly publicly (or vice versa).
Most Bachelor loyalites believe Realtiy Steve writes the gospel – and we appreciate his loyalty and honesty to his fans.
If it’s true, I don’t care what kind of spin they try to put on it I will think it’s disgusting b/c that’s exactly what this franchise has become. I don’t care if he’s in love with two women, you don’t ask one to marry you, carry on with the other then ‘have a change of mind’. Doesn’t his son’s well-being conern him at all? Doesn’t he remember how awful Deanna made him feel? Apparently not. I sincerely hope it’s all just something that was put out there b/c sleuthers figured out the winner long ago. Melissa is sincere and cute and I hope she wins. Molly is someone that while outwardly is very pretty, I’ve never felt anything for. There’s something about her I just can’t get behind. If ABC did this all for ratings (as Reality Steve suggests) and Jason wanted Molly all along well I guess it’s my own fault for watching this sh!t show!!
If it is true, Jason should have let Mel know privately. If it is true and he did “blindside her and dump her” at the Final Rose Ceremony….Jason is NOT who we thought he was and I would not even wish cold fish Molly that fate!
I see him genuinely attracted to Molly in every episode. He can’t stop smiling around her. So that would be no surprise to me. Now the biggest twist would be if he reconciled with his ex.
I sure hope this isn’t true. Jason sure hasn’t come across as the kind of guy that would do this. He was so hurt by DeAnna and he even said he couldn’t believe she let him get down on one knee. I just can’t believe he’d break up with Melissa on National TV, that he was seeing Molly behind her back, and most of all that this was planned from the beginning?? WHAT??? If this IS true then I am absolutely crushed for Melissa. Jason has sure had us fooled if he was capable of this. Having a change of heart is one thing but there is NO WAY he breaks up with Melissa at the AFTR show. Not at least without her knowing it was coming. That would take a heartless jerk and Jason isn’t that.
