I LOVE SWV…but i have to disagree with most you all. I think their best song was “Rain” from their last album in 1997. That being said, in all, they had some great songs.
Remember the “rap” in the middle of Right Here…
“S – Double U – Double V
S – Double U – to the V
S – Double U – V – V !”
I used to sing along and pretend I could rap.
I LOVED SWV back in high school. They were my faves. But their songs I’m So Into You and Weak were better than Right Here. Also remember a similar group Jade and their song “Don’t Walk Away”? Oh, memories of the early 1990s!
Just one comment about the video: have you ever seen anyone look more like he’s never played the bass in his life?
