Thanks so much for the blog. And let me add my voice to the chorus – this is the best show in television. Smash and his mother almost did me in this week (nothing new there), and Matt breaks my heart every time I see him. That scene last week where his grandmother told him “you’re a good boy” and he said in his awkward, honest way ‘well that’s because you raised me.” Is there anything better than this? You all deserve an emmy every time you go on the air. Thank you so much.

I don’t know if Connie will have time to read this, but…
I love hearing thoughts on the episode from someone who is in it. It makes me feel closer to the show. I am a new fan and completely addicted. You have such amazing actors on this show and I am sure they will all continue to have amazing careers when this is over (never please).
I am going to gush a little and say that you are fantastic and I am now a huge fan of YOU. I found out you went to the local high school where I live now and think that is so cool. They do have an amazing theatre program and it is great to see how far many of their previous students have gone. I will definitely follow your career and wish you well.
(I’m also extremely jealous you get to work w/Kyle Chandler – ha ha!)

This is my favorite show. Connie, you and Kyle are the most amazing actors on TV. I feel like I’m watching a real couple with a hidden camera. It doesn’t look scripted. As a DirecTV subscriber I’ve already seen this season. It is the best ever. This show may be better suited for 13 episode seasons. I’m a 50 year old male and my wife and I cried like babies most of this season. All the performances are great but you two stand out.

Connie, you’re a class act, giving props to the most ignored actor on the show, Blue Deckert. He’s always consistently good, week in and week out, but never gets the recognition the rest of the cast get. This whole episode was so perfect, it’s impossible to pick out one scene that I loved most, but I guess I’d have to go with Smash and his mom at the end, because I know Smash will be leaving for college at some point, and I’ll miss him.
