I have an insider question — do the girls get a wardrobe stipend before the show to buy their dresses?

Saying that he enjoyed the inauguration isn’t politicking, it’s sharing the hope and optimism MOST of the nation is feeling right now. To help our president make true on his “pretty words,” we need to follow his call to work together and find ways to make this country better TOGETHER. Hopefully cynics like you won’t ruin it.

  • another great Bachelor Blog

Lincee Ray’s blog – http://www.ihategreenbeans.com – By far, the Best bachelor blog out there (when not written by the actual host, of course). I chuckle and appreciate other blogs, but hers has me LMFAO.

Chris, great blog. It’s always cool to hear about what we don’t see. I really think Stephanie is a true class act, I just hope her and Jason start to have more chemistry. I felt really bad for Nikki. I’m sure this is a show you shouldn’t do if you can’t handle pressure, and she clearly could not. And either Shannon is a total nut job or just portrayed that way. I’m going with plain crazy. I think Jason made the right call getting rid of Megan & Lauren. Those two were just toxic. Can’t wait to read your blog next week.

Yes, Chris, I do love your blog! I’m afraid I have to admit that I’m one of those “closet watchers”,or one that says, I’m NOT watching that again…..then of course not only watches but Tivo’s it too! It just never ceases to amaze me how “young” girls will act for a man! I’m of the 60-70′s era & I just can’t get over it. Is it just age that gives you the self esteem to NOT do half the things they do..or is it the “sign of the times”? Despite it all, I do love the show & I do love the way you handle things, although I wonder how you keep a straight face at times! Thank God for editing, right?! I enjoyed your blog & I will be here reading them all …….I’m afraid…..oh he–, I have to have some guilty pleasures in my life!!

Loved the clip at the end were the truly tone-deaf Lauren sang her song about being famous. The looks on the other girls face were priceless. Not that she would have noticed with her eyes closed revelling in her own glory! lol Shannons whinning was enough to send anybody over the edge. He already has 1 child… and Megan…I think he was afraid to eliminate her any sooner! Frightening! As for Nikki and Stephanie, neither are right for him. Nikki lacks any confidence and really let it be known even with all the editing. Stephanie is old. While she displays grace and class, she is obviously not his type. I’m a huge fan of Molly. She seems to have it all together and she is very pretty and down to earth. Melissa seems like the shoe in but I think she may be too cheerleaderee for him. Jillians cute…but I don’t see real chemistry. You’re great Chris. Don’t let any stupid comments get to you. I’m hanging on your every word. Again. Watch out Ryan Seacrest! :)

Was the crew cringing as Nikki said she had nothing holding her back from moving to Seattle??? An obvious slam in lil Sophia’s face.

  • Sandra

Great blog Chris…but PLEEEEEEEEEASE TELL US: why do you have to come in and say: this is the final rose? like we are idiots and can’t count?? Enlighten me please so I can stop forwarding that part…
    Love ya

Thanks again Chris, Love your blog!! I must say, my husband and I both were pretty shocked at how cold hearted some of Nikki’s comments were this week. How sad it is that she doesn’t realize that she doesn’t have to be perfect to get a man, she needs to relax and begin to love herself as a person before she can ever expect anyone else to love her back. Just my observation.

hey chris! another great blog! i must say this week definitely pushed molly to one of my favorites. i’m glad lauren let her “true colors” out and jason sent her home. letting all three of those go at the end was def the right move. can’t wait for some seattle love!! thanks for the insight chris!!!!

Great Blog!!, loved that Jason did not use that last rose, it shows that he is taking this to heart but, one question: did the carmea crew ever had to stop filming because they were laughing so hard over all the craziness last night?? Tissue companys must be making a mint off these women. Anyways great blog look forward to next week.

Interesting show but draining to watch!
As I read the form FORT, the surprise ending was no surprise – but I am glad Jason didn’t keep anyone hanging there.
I’d love for him to pick Stephanie – but the screencaps point to Melissa (again from FORT).
So…here’s my vote for Stephanie to be the next Bachelorette. What class she has demonstated throughout the show. I was impressed with her when Nikki was cut and the way she didn’t gloat over her win. You could tell she was truly upset for Nikki.
Personally, I think she’s the best one there for Jason. But, I have to agree – we are not seeing the chemistry, unless ABC is pulling a fast one. Even though it’s obvious that Melissa will win – I do still hold out hope that it could happen that Stephanie will win.
Thanks again for your blog. (and I’ll add my hope for a “tell-all” book someday when this series ends!)

    Well,
I picked Jillian, Molly, Steph, and Melissa as the final 4. I’m not really sure where Naomi comes in. We just haven’t seen Jason with her that much-I just don’t see it. I see him blush when he’s with Melissa-I think he is gaga for her. I do think she’s young and I can’t see her as a stepmom, but you never know. Thanks for your blog!

Great blog, Chris. How cool to be at the inaguration!!
Of the girls left, I really like Melissa and Jillian for Jason. I have a hard time getting over that whole golf-swing introduction Molly did with him, although he’s obviously attracted to her. It does seem like he’s settled on a select few and it is good for him to focus on them. I sure hope it works out for him for the long haul.

I’m so glad someone brought up the “Ladies, (insert name), this is the final rose of the evening.” We used to joke at home that ABC would with hold Chris’s paycheck if he didn’t say that line just right:)I’m just glad that after it gets down to 3, the line goes away. Wasn’t able to watch last night, but it’s waiting for me when I get home!
