I have seen 6 in the best and 1 in the worst.

  • LisaMama

Only 9 of the best (hey, the economy’s tight, and the movie has to be REALLY GOOD to be worthy of paying a babysitter), but zero of the stinkers, so I don’t feel too bad.

  • booboosmommy

What happened to Beverly Hills chihuahua? That movie was soo funny and cute… a real break from all the violent or lame movies out there ….

  • Brad

I’ve seen 22 of the “best” movies and 0 of the worst. (But some of their “best” films would make my “worst” list.)

  • Jay

I’ve seen 15 of the best, and 4 of the worst. Yikes. I don’t like that ratio.

  • christian

Indiana Jones should be on the worst list. And iron man was great, but number 1? Bit suspect.

  • Alyssa

Um, I’ve seen 8 of the Best and 3 of the Worst, and what’s more is I LIKED all 3 that are supposedly some of the worst of the year.

  • katie g

11 of the best, 2 of the worst

  • Amanda

I’ve seen 8 of the best and 3 of the worst

  • ks

    Don’t feel bad Brad, I am 2 and 2 :)
I thought the Bank Job should be higher on the good list.

  • Tanya

I’ve seen 18 of the best and 4 of the worst

  • to booboosmommy

that’s sarcasm, right? please tell me you’re being sarcastic

  • ks

oopps sorry, should be Jay :)

  • Allison

I’ve seen 6 of the best and 2 of the worst but I was trapped on a 9 hour flight to Japan for one of them.

  • LB

I’d tack put another 10 on the worst list and pull from the best list b/c some of those “best” movies wouldn’t make my best list. but i’ve seen only 8 of the best and zero of the worst, although there are about 11 movies on the best list that are waiting/saved in my netflix queue!

Who has seen Planet B Boy? never heard of it.

  • Kate

7 of “The Best”, 1 of “The Worst”, zero at the theater, only on DVD.

  • EP Sato

I’ve seen six of the top 50 good ones, but question whether or not Indiana Jones should be in the “good” category. Gotta give some love to Role Models and Sarah Marshall though. Those flicks were flipping high-larious and I’m loving they got some appreciation.
My only beef with the “bad” list is that Speed Racer should be up there. On that subject, what are M. Night and Eddie Murphy going to do now that they’ve become the Jon Lovitz’s of 2008? Neither’s made a decent movie in quite some time.

  • DR

saw 5 of the best, 2 of the worst. Quite frankly, I’m surprised Wanted made the Top 50. I really liked it, but it was a mediocre adaptation of the graphic novel, which was infinitely better!

  • lg

I’ve seen 19 of the best, 0 of the worst. 8 of the top 50 haven’t opened here yet.

  • Vince

I’ve seen 18 of the best films (and I definitely plan to see another dozen or so). Unfortunately for me, I’ve seen a whopping 6 out of the 10 worst movies. Though I honestly didn’t think that “The happening” was all that bad. Plus “27 Dresses” should be on that list…how I loathe that movie.

  • annika

6 of the best, 4 of the worst. I take issue to both lists. I liked Fool’s Gold; sorta likes Jumper. Agree that Happening was not (…happening… get it?) and 10000 BC was way confusing!

  • kate

8 of the best: Mamma Mia, Wanted, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Role Models, Indiana Jones, WallE, Quantum of Solace & my personal favorite Dark Knight. oh and for the most part i avoided the plague of bad movies and only managed to see fools gold, since i loved how to loose a guy… left me totally disappointed.

  • Jonathan F.

12 of the best and 1 of the worst (Love Guru).

  • Craig

14 of the best, 2 of the worst. Of course, many of the best haven’t been released yet here in mid-America. So my number of the best will likely go up.

  • Catherine

I’ve seen 12: 10 of the best and 2 of the worst.
Can I get a bonus since I saw but the #1 of the best AND the worst lists!

  • Anonymous

16 of the best. 0 of the worst.

  • Anna

I’ve seen 11. Which is sad, because I love movies and I hoped to see more. I’ll hopefully be seeing a lot over the holidays.

  • the academy

ive seen 10 of the 50 best (although I would think Indy 4 and Wanted should be closer to the worst list than the best…Left off the best list: “Sex Drive” so great, underappreciated…Left off the worst list: “Day of the Dead” what an embarrassment…
as for the 10 worst list, i did see 88 minutes, but I saw it in 2006 so it doesn’t count…man that movie was horrible

  • Dave

26 of the good, 4 of the bad. Nice to see some love for “Shine a Light,” “The Duchess” & “The Bank Job.” (And Scott the driving instructor in “Happy Go LuckY” is one of my favorite really angry characters in a while.)
