The more I see the trailer for the movie adaptation of Danny Wallace’s Yes Man, the more nervous I get. Read the full post.

Now that I know it’s a book I’ll probably check out the book. Carrey’s pretty funny, but IMHO, he hasn’t been outright hilarious in a flick since Liar Liar. That said, he’s a nice guy, seems to be involved in a lot of charities, and and comes off as a really down to earth and genuinely likeable guy.
If I’m bored around the holidays this’ll make for good popcorn fodder. Otherwise, I’ll wait until it’s onDemand.

I saw “Yes Man” last week. I am not a Jim Carrey fan and this movie *does* look like “Liar, Liar Part Deux”, but this movie was actually decent. Not the best movie, but still entertaining. I give it a “B”.

It looks like Liar Liar to me…

I’m infuriated at the stupidity! I went to this movie to get a few laughs, and walked out in disgust. Why is it supposed to be funny to commit sexual acts with 80 year old women? We’re never going to get a simply funny movie out of Hollywood until we boycott these perversions. DISGUSTING!
